Meals ( too over complicated for me) but ok but you need to upgrade to get nutrition value .

Once in and joined the fasting there is minimal access ,ie advice ,guidelines, just a timer and menu. disappointed.

Scam – unauthorized charges and no respect for EU laws
This is a scam.
I signed up for what was presented as a trial, and they started charging me without clear and transparent consent. They took money from my account without proper authorization and made the cancellation process unnecessarily difficult.
This is not acceptable and does not comply with EU consumer protection laws regarding transparency and subscription practices.
Even after cancelling within the trial period, I had to fight to request a refund. This is misleading and unfair to customers.
Avoid this company.

Please do NOT waste your time, and especially your money, on this app. You get almost nothing for the base fee and everything else is "premium" and expensive. So sad!

Disgusting company. signed up for a 7 day trail. €7. ok no problem. paid by PayPal going through normal checks. then I opened the site..checking out what they offer...clicked few boxes for things I might be I yerested in only to find that each click cost me 19.95.... no PayPal check..no basket before checking out...nothing...just click and money gone.... within 2 minutes my 7 euro was 47... I immediately contacted them and after back and forth they refunded me 9.95... what a horrible sneaky way to get people ..I refuse to even use my trial I'm so disgusted

Very ordinary product. You get the very bare minimum and then have to pay for everything else. There are far better products on the market. Glad I only wasted $29 ..

Deceiving
I joined for a month only and they started to charge my account the following month, they went from charging me for the 1st month 16 USD to 39 USD. I cancelled my subscription 2 weeks into the subscription. I contacted them the day I got charged the 39 USD. Now they have informed me that they have now cancelled my subscription but they cannot refund me....seriously a bunch of tricksters! NO stars!

I signed up for 7 day free trial. Then all of a sudden it's asking me to upgrade. There's no price ... I hit next and it charged me $39 that I found out in the confirmation email. Then I looked on how to cancel my subscription. It's not easy. I emailed them and received one back from Nutro. Said I had 3 subscribtiions. 1 for $39. That I knew about. And 2 for $19.99 that I had no idea where they came from. Said he could help me cancel my subscriptions. I asked about a refund because I cancelled very shortly after I signed up for the free trial. He replied... Only half of the most expensive one. So they charged me $80 and giving me $20 back. Said it was for administrative fees. I don't recommend this for anyone. It's very deceiving .

I have tried to cancel this service for two months now and there is No where on the screen or in the app to cancel. Even the welcome email does not have contact info at all and i cannot find a website. i need to be contacted asap.

I signed up for a plan for 1 month
I signed up for a plan for 1 month, logged in and a work out plan was there with a continue button at the bottom, I have fibromyalgia so couldn’t do this. I signed out then back in. A shopping list appears, same button at the bottom saying continue.I DID NOT press any buttons to continue. I have not logged in since but checked my bank account and they have taken 3 payments.received a email yesterday saying that they are going to delete my account if I don’t continue with the plan. So they have my unauthorised payments but want more. How can they deleted it when I have only had it 8 days but paid for a month.🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️. I have a screenshot saying I have unsubscribed and had better get my money back.🤬

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL – AVOID THIS SUBSCRIPTION TRAP
Avoid this service at all costs. They lure you in with a trial and then automatically charge an expensive monthly fee.
The worst part is that they make it impossible to unsubscribe. There is no cancellation button in the app or on the desktop site. Although their public FAQ state they do have such a button. It is a deliberate "dark pattern" designed to keep charging you against your will.
Customer Service non responsive. Although in PayPal itself they have a nice text with " we respond within hours yada yada". when you want to refund your money.
Save yourself the headache and your money. If you’re already stuck, call your bank and block the merchant immediately.
edit: they ignore emails to their customer service, but reply to Paypal's refund process within minutes, and can reply on a 1 star Trustpilot review within an hour, with a vague smoke screen standard template reply. I rest my case. They know exactly what they're doing. Getting your money.
