Fast, efficient and affordable service

Took the bus from New York to Delaware. Bus was clean and left on time. The AC was out in our bus, but they sent a new bus to meet us in New Jersey so we didn't lose much time at all to make the switch. Most companies wouldn't do that. I have been on two different bus lines that had the AC go out and did nothing.

there was NO wifi from start to finish :(
Also the bus pulled over several times for whatever reason and that made us 1.5 hours late

Good price and on-time

The drivers were really courteous. Trip was nice. Bus wasn't that crowded. You got wifi and watter.

Bus driver was prompt for both legs of my round trip. Everything was just as i expected.

Due to an emergency on the subway train I was on I was unable to make my bus. I had to get to DC for work and could not wait for the later bus, so I requested my purchase be put on hold to be used at a later date, as other companies do, but this was not an option with your company. Because of this I wasted $30 and you lost what could have been a frequent customer as I have family in NYC and work in DuPont circle.

The drivers did extremely well under adverse conditions as it was Memorial Day weekend and the traffic was backed up constantly.It was a stop and go journey that took 5.5 hrs. so it was trying for everyone.Bus was a bit noisy but all in all the price was right and the traffic unavoidable

Too many stops, bus drove very , plus person behind me had child & was lous talking & watching movies without headphones the whole way.

The service and timely schedule is excellent ! but there is an issue the restroom being clean

I go up to NYC a lot, and sometimes I use different company such as mega bus. The staff at best bus are very friendly and nice unlike the other companies I have been with. In addition, I like when the driver ask passenger to vote for a rest stop or not to stop! We always save time by not stopping. I love best bus :)

On time. Good service for the value

It's so convenient, especially the Silver Spring stop. With other buses, we have to drive through Maryland to get to D.C., just for me to get back on metro and head back to Silver Spring, MD.

Safe driver. Got us home fast! Decent bathrooms for a bus.

The bus was kinda cold. But the service was really nice, and on time, unlike most other buses running out of NYC

Awesome service, friendly staff and very clean buses and convenient routes.

This was my first trip on Best Bus. I wore seasonal clothing and a sweater. Sadly the temperature aboard (both ways). When asked by a passenger if it could be a little less cool, the drive and check in person quickly and a bit defensively responded that the temperature was a standard set by the company. True?
Next time I will consider bringing a blanket of very heavy wrap.
All other services were great - on time and very clean. Thanks! I'll be back!
