The cabinets are really sturdy and are made exactly as described. They look fantastic and I am very happy! The customer service is kind and responsive. My order had a couple of mix ups and so I had to call to get the correct items shipped, which the company did with no hassle, but of course it did mean delays, etc. One thing to be aware of: if you get cabinets that need skins, the skins are very thin and do not want to lie straight or stay in place. You may be better off purchasing extra panels to use on the ends. Also, do open and check every box -- the only damaged piece I had was a refrigerator end panel, but I did not open it until I was ready to use it, and by then it was too late.

Absolutely love the black gloss finish! We ordered some end panels and fillers to go into our existing kitchen and we’re very impressed with the quality of the product. When we refurbish our kitchen in the future we will definitely use Best Online Cabinets...

Cabinets took too long to arrive....throwing my project behind. Mostly because of the trucking company. When the cabinets arrived they were on a truck that had a pallet jack with one wheel....that made off loading difficult. Upon inspection I found two damaged pieces. The company offered a minimal credit which was pretty small considering all the problems I had. I reluctantly agreed figuring it was all I was going to get. After agreeing to the small credit.....it never was processed. There are better companies to deal with out there for RTA and prebuilt cabinets.

The quality of the face frame, doors, sides and bottom is good. But the way the back attaches to the sides is not for a DIYer. You must be very familiar with cabinet building to build one of these cabinets. If there was a separate rating for customer service, I would give them a zero. There is no customer service. They are all robots.

The samples I ordered were on backorder, so were the next samples I ordered. They did call me each time and tell me. I finally just asked for my money back and it was promptly refunded.

I’ve bought knockdown cabinets before often they were damaged in shipping these cabinets were in immaculate condition and went together well.

Customer service was fast and resolved the issues I had (some damage to some components) - which I expected given the size of the project. The design service was a little on the basic side.

My husband has worked with wood for 30 years. He was very selective about our cabinets and did a lot of research. We cautiously proceeded with RTA’s.
We could not be happier. He enjoyed the easy of construction as opposed to building from scratch. The dovetail detail in the construction of the drawers was extremely well done. The price for our kitchen cabinets from Lowe’s (NOT INSTALLED) was $15,000. We spent $4008 for the same thing with Best Online Cabinets.

I was really wowed when I saw the quality of the cabinets. A+ we’ll definitely be using best online cabinets for all of our remodels.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Anthony apologizes every 5 minutes, but nothing gets resolved in a professional, timely manner. Matter of fact, customer service as a whole is very condescending almost as if everything is a joke. I have clients that I am relaying information to based off of what Anthony is telling me. I asked for his supervisor and I get the same treatment. Items were sent out wrong, and arrived broken, yet they act like they have no control over what is being shipped and when it is being shipped.

Could have been better. The bad. Freight company took too long to deliver (15 days). NO help from seller. Drawer fronts were to be predrilled and they were only marked with pencil. Full drawer base cabinets had a lower drawer that was different from middle drawer and also was not marked. The good. Cabinets look good. Price was good. Company shipped fairly fast. Would I do business with them again? Sure, biggest problem was not even their fault.

I was sent a request for info first week of February for a order I was expecting. When I called to say where are my cabinets the last week of March, I was told I never responded to the February email. I told the representative could a follow up email be sent or a phone call to request the information as I had already paid my credit card for the cabinets. I think with a pending paid order, more follow up could be made. Thc

The quality is great for RTA cabinets. The directions should be upgraded and included.

This company or their shipping company does a horrible job of quality control and getting ALL of the cabinets to you. They blamed us and wanted us to pay for the missing cabinets. They finally sent them to us with us having to pay for shipping. One of the doors was broken. We were done by that point. Beware!!!

I would highly recommend Best Online Cabinets. The prices were unbelievably lower than the home stores and quality was much better also. My kitchen looks great.
