bet365 Bewertungen

Bet365 yet again same winners 43 people playing and I lose again constantly take but not keen to give back all bingo games are the same now use to be fun they've taken the fun away couldn't even get down to 1 unreal

Used to be a decent company, but not any longer.
Customer service dreadful, never answer your query properly.
No loyalty bet credits anymore, take ages to pay out on winning bets, don't let you bet in running if your horse is winning, live streaming is hit and miss and the agents speak to you disrespectfully.
Beware.
Have closed my account.

I spent £120 betting £0.50 per spin and didn’t get the free games a single time

Lynn G was a horrible support agent. Refused to help me when their website was rejecting my CV2 when it was right. She gave me attitude and was snobby. Would not recommend at all.

Extremely dodgy practice - I had to chase repeatedly for almost a month to get the 'joining offer', only to find that the joining offer was deceptive. Though you get £x of free bets - if you win with those bets, a £10 magically becomes £1 or even less. Same with all their daily 'offers' - despite winning many bets, I have very little money to show for it. I felt these were all false promises attempting to entice new customers. The app was easy enough to navigate, unfortunately the company wasn't.

I signed up for bet365 because it's one of the biggest betting brands in the UK, so I expected a smooth platform with strong odds and reliable service. The registration process was simple, and there were plenty of betting options available, but after using it regularly, I started noticing problems that affected the overall experience. I began comparing it with boomingslots.plus because the promotions were easier to understand and the layout felt less complicated when looking for important information. The biggest frustration was that the platform often felt overwhelming

This site used to be fair. You'd win some you'd lose some. But now its constant losses. Ive hit the SUPER bonus on a slots game after spinning over 100 times. I was paid 4p winnings from the super bonus. Not the regular bonus, the super bonus thats hard as nails to hit. Thats me done with this site after hundreds of pounds lost without winning anything back.

This used to be a good website don't know what happened to it it's Useless now

They scam you with opta false data. Stay away from them.

Been with them for years today they have decided to close my account with n explanation and no chance of re opening.
Joke of a company

Just won once than they 5 x more off it !
No bonuses free spins nothing
In the one occasion I got communication to deposit money on they bets football 100% won 2000 £ I did and no just one loose it all haven’t won a penny!!!!!!

This is all you need to know about this company: “After 365 days of inactivity your account balance will be subject to an ongoing administration fee of £2 (or currency equivalent). The first administration fee will be deducted 35 days from now and every 28 days thereafter until your balance reaches zero. No further charges will then be applied”.
How morally corrupt.

I am not a bot, this is 1000% a honest review i cannot fault this gaming app i have been up on it and always been a hour or less withdraw straight to my bank, also i had a slight mishap i used my rev account they do not work with them i used my bank of Scotland since the live chat sorted it out and withdrew my winnings straight to my bank of Scotland i use the slots and the wins are great obviously not all the time, but when i do win its really good i dont understand all the bad reviews! Im from scotland and i am happy with this site?

I opened an account and placed a £10 bet in order to get £30 in free bets. The next time I tried to login my account was closed permanently. Online chat agent won’t tell me why. Don’t trust these scammers!

Its an absolute joke never give you free bets or anything yet Ladbrokes william hill paddy sky all reward your loyalty but not bet 365 stay away iv given them enough chances worst bookies ever

I told them in 2022 I am a gambling addict with brain damage and should not gamble anymore. They replied with a template And allowed me to continue betting for 4 more years until I said the same thing again which finally got them to flag my account and stop me betting.

I would of given 5 stars a few months ago. But since then have felt like i was no longer wanted as a customor.
They even made me change my password daily now they need a Mobile phone number so i can verify my account.
I do not own a mobile phone nor will i ever own one. So was told: I completely understand how frustrating this may be, however we do require for accounts to have a verified phone number as a part of Account Verification.: I have a PHONE NUMBER (landline) So over 30 years with them gone. They never even mentioned the £200 of bets i have with them and how to withdraw funds if needed.

Don't know if the jackpot system is working right but I havntwon a jackpot for a good while, had a good win few months ago but nowt since

I was trying the virtual sports , where I selected soccer World Cup, and four consecutive games ended 0-0 . This either reflects that these games are running without logic or someone is just rigging them behind the scenes to profit. These virtual games aren't under surveillance from gambling commission so avoid them like cancer

BEWARE !!
These cowboys refuse to allow you to delete your debit card details , even when closing the account ..
when you complain they quote GRDP and their own T’s and C’s and say they can keep your details for minimum FIVE YEARS , more if THEY want to ..
Their customer care (or total lack of) is appalling , they don’t care that you have concerns regarding your debit card details potential exposure to compromise..
I won’t be re-opening the account and advise others not to use them
