So I cashed out for $4,000 and on the site it says I would have my money within 48 hours of withdrawal. Not only did I not get the thousand dollars, I never got a dime from them and I think it's b*******. I would never recommend this game to anybody.

Made my first deposit with BTC. $240. Had a clean run up to $900. Requested deposit via BTC. I have waited over 6 days to receive payment. Every attempt at an update on payment has been met with several excuses why payment has not been sent. Excuses include “We have had an influx of withdrawal request so payment is delayed”, “You’re withdrawal is in a flushed status which means you will have a withdrawal will be approved by finance team within 3-5 days”, and my personal favorite after asking why payment hasn’t been sent on the fifth day “So, the 3-5 day wait period refers to when the payment has actually been sent.”

Avoid this site like a plague. I have been scammed and now payment is being sent. Glad it was only $240 of my actual funds.

Use any bonus. They were very responsive in telling me I could only use a wire transfer to USA. The only difficulty was I could only request 2500 per week . I have been getting 2480 each week for the past 3 weeks ( they take out $20) for the transfer

Total scam absolute scam they'll send you stuff in the mail with like 10 different barcodes on it and they'll say like $50 free no deposit but you'll click on one of the on one of the barcodes or whatever they the scan and then oh no this one requires a deposit and then you go to get the next one thinking that I'll just do the right one nope you have to play this off before you can receive this or that they are such a scam they're so full of s*** they need to be shut down

Defiantly a scam. DO NOT accept a bonus. Your money will be wrapped up in betting requirements that are impossible to achieve. The blackjack algorithm is suspicious to say the least. They don’t even have responsible gaming.

Furious with this site. I won a few months ago and I was surprised to be paid out very smoothly. As a result, I played more often, and spent more money there. But yesterday I got my balance up to $999 but it said I can’t withdraw. On asking customer service, I was told that since it was tied to a free game promotion that I could only cash out my $999 for $25 and if I won using that $25, I could only cash out a maximum of $100. I am so angry right now. I spent hours building up a $999 balance, fully expecting to withdraw it. Customer service told me everything is in their terms and conditions, but the ongoing balance on my account had no asterisks or indications that I had a phantom worthless balance.

*** Edit to respond to BBD’s reply below. I would have taken $100 and been disappointed, but not furious. I assure you, when I contacted customer support, the maximum cash value of my winnings was as stated above. There was no mention in any way of a $100 cash out value.

This site is an absolute joke. It's been excuse after excuse as to why my $100 Bitcoin withdrawal has been taking so long. I can only imagine what they'd do if it were a large amount of money. Please stay as far away as you can. Literally any other site has to be better than this garbage.

I tried to have them send a verification email about 6 times within the span of ten minutes so I could withdraw $200. When it didn’t appear in my inbox, I decided I would play a bonus. Little did I know that in order to withdraw ANY money after I started the bonus, I would need to lose that entire bonus first. Problem is, the bonus gets pulled AFTER my actual earned money and in order to get rid of $35.20, it said I needed to spend over $1400!!!! And it doesn’t pull dollar for dollar. If I bet and lost $5, it would only count for about 15 cents.

I sent them my ID and a selfie with my ID and I sent stills of my ID and I sent my card in the same way but they said it was not good enough so I sent the videos of me with the IDs and 7 more stills of my documents and still won't accept me so it seems to be a scammer casino id be advised!

However, once I got to a point where they needed to pay out well everything changed.
