Since March 8th I have been waiting for my withdrawal, the same email being sent over and over from different agents and getting absolutely no help. Keep off these scammers!

The worst betting site on the internet, They charge you to use a debit card.

The withdrawal times are back with the dark ages along with the website design and customer service!!

I'm currently on day 6 of waiting for a withdrawal, when I go on live chat I have to endure and suffer generic replies and poor service.

Please learn from my mistake and don't use the site.

Wish I had read these reviews before opening. Just opened account yesterday. Several withdrawals pending and no movement 14 hrs on. When I contact them they state it can take 2 working days, after which time, they might then ask for supporting documentation.

Why not ask for this when I signed up?

Totally unnecessary. Causing stress and delays for people to get their winnings.

2-4hrs / max 24hrs is typical withdrawal times for most nowadays, what are they playing at?

I will update this review if there is any progress to truly reflect the service I’ve received. But at the minute it’s very poor indeed

Stay away. Just opened account, haven't been able to place a bet yet as it keeps logging me out and says check my internet connection even though its running at 68mb. So far taken me 30mins.

I keep getting text messages daily encouraging me to bet. I’ve not signed up for these texts and I don’t gamble. There is no opt out or stop option for these texts. Their website boasts great customer support and email facilities to raise queries but I can’t see any option for either on their mobile site. I’ve raised a complaint through resolver and I did get a reply saying they would look into it but I’ve had nothing further for 2 weeks. Rubbish support in my opinion!

Withholding 2 withdrawals for over 6 months, Keep asking for the same ID which i have sent then numerous times, doing anything they can to withhold my withdrawals which is only for a few hundred pounds.
DO NOT use these guys, total scammers!!!

Total scam - followed their instructions to the letter to get a free bet - which was credited to my account but proved impossible to use. Avoid like the PLAGUE !

Very unprofessional company. Their website is an absolute joke and a nightmare to navigate. I followed a link for a Bet £10 Get £20 offer so after betting £10 I was expecting a £20 free bet but nothing. I spoke to their help team who told me they could see the free bet token on my account and I had to clear my cookies for this to be credited. I did this but it didn’t work. I then spoke to someone else who said this offer didn’t exist so I had to send the link to prove it. All I had was a screen shot of the offer which they wouldn’t accept. The link at the top of the screen shot now only took you to a Bet £15 Get £10 offer (even though the screenshot clearly showed the Bet £10 Get £20 offer) and if I wanted my bonus I had to bet another £5. I didn’t trust a word he said so closed my account straight away.

WHEN I WON USING MY DEPOSITED MONEY THEY STOP THE WITHDRAWAL OPTION AS I HAD TO ROLL OVER MY WINNINGS DESPITE ME TELLING THEM THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR OR WANT A BONUS!!

I DID NOT USE THIER SO CALLED BONUS MONEY.

I placed a bet on horseracing with Bettarget. My horse was the 5/1 favourite. When they settled the bet. They changed the odds to 10/11 !!!!! There were a couple of long shot non runners so I expected a small rule 4 deduction. It took me three months and the involvement of IBAS to get Bettarget to settle my bet correctly. What was very interesting is that they sent IBAS an email (below) which basically states that their rule 4 calculation process is wrong. Probably anyone who has had a horse racing bet with them (or any other Aspire Global brand) is likely to have had money falsely deducted from winning bets

The difference is difficult to explain to be honest. There was a big fault which was discovered by the provider after a lot of pressure from our side. The provider was adamant that the calculations they had was correct, but realized after involving higher managers and with our input and feedback that something was incorrect on the Rule 4 calculations. It has taken a long time to figure this out and rectify the problem, however it should all be fixed now


We provided Mr **** with the responses we did, based on the feedback from our provider at the time, we trusted their feedback as they are the Sportsbook provider. Please pass on our apologies in regards to this.

Be very aware of this site and if your reading this do by join this site , backed a winning bet they then emailed me and told me all bets would be made void as the wrong odds were being displayed , an absolute lot of nonsense they were talking , was the same odds on even.the biggest sites , took 4 days to even get my stake back , made a complaint ,2 weeks had gone by still heard nothing , have reported the site to the gambling commission and judging by all these terrible reviews hopefully it won't be long till this scam site is closed down

Scam company. Let you deposit. Lock your account so you've no access to withdraw etc. Told someone would be in touch. Still nothing!

I won a bet 5 days ago but still no payout, live chat is a waste of time as no one answers, I sent an email and got a reply after 2 days saying they would sort it out but no my emails are returned unsent, total con site
This was paid out after dozens of emails and 14 days of hassle, its not worth it when you can't rely on getting your winnings,

Read good reviews for this site via casino guru, had a flutter lost £££ on the slots something fishy going on will not be playing this site again, should have read your reviews. Reading Robert W review 20th Feb 2022 I agree with him.

Joined bet target and my £20 free bet won. Despite it showing as having won no winnings are available to withdraw. Tried live chat and email neither of which has has any response. As others have said these shysters are to avoided at all costs hence my zero rating.

STAY away from this site they take your money but don't pay out when u win.. settle ls by bet as loser 5 hours before the race.. won a treble of £182.00 and they didn't even payout

Their sign up bonus has too many Ts and Cs so the wriggle out of them, you have to pay a fee to deposit any money, payouts take ages, sometimes weeks, the website doesn’t work well most of the time, there are much much better sites out there
