I don't know what we ever did without Better Impact. Oh wait, I do! We had a zillion spreadsheets in a zillion places and relied on volunteers to physically write down their hours. My team and I love how easy it is to communicate, run reports, onboard, and track everything we need to. Better Impact has literally made our jobs easier and allowed us to focus on other things, like recruiting and recognizing!

I have used Better Impact since Jan 2020 through my job as a Volunteer Coordinator for a municipality. I started volunteering as a Volunteer Coordinator for a rodeo association who was using a very inadequate system to manage their volunteers. I was on a committee to research a new system. We had an extremely thorough process and met with six different platforms. Better Impact consistently scored highest in almost every category. The flexibility that Better Impact has is unmatched. The features and tools can be customized so that they fit our organization's needs. This was by far the best choice for us.

Better Impact makes managing volunteering and credentials straightforward. Everything I need sits in one place, it's easy to navigate, and it just works. Great platform for keeping on top of my qualifications and hours.

Better Impact helped our organization prepare for a accrediation survey, in fact, the surveyor was relieved to see that we are maintaining volunteer profiles in a safe, secure, comprehensive way. Volunteers appreciate being able to take initiative and sign up for shifts when they're available. My colleagues love how we can maintain email communications within the portal, so everyone is on the same page. I would definitely recommend this software to colleagues who are managing any number of volunteers in the hospice industry.

I like this software it was fairly easy to learn. There is so much more to learn still!

It works well for volunteers who are somewhat tech savy. Some volunteers require a lot of support and one-on-one time to learn how to use it. As the admin, the one-on-one support setting it up was invaluable for someone who had never set anything like this up before. We have over 600 active volunteers, so it would just be impossible without this tool.

BetterImpact is a comprehensive and productive piece of software that we use for scheduling shifts for staff and volunteers as well as for scheduling training and special events. It is easy to use, customizable, and provides training videos and written guides to help manage our workflows.
I continuously find new ways to make tasks more efficient and look forward to becoming a master at all things BI!

It is a very good system for managing volunteer data. I use it every day to track my volunteers’ sign‑in and sign‑out times, as well as their volunteer hours. I’m also looking forward to exploring and using the other functions.
