Updated Review: Concerning Experience After Initial Contact
I am updating my previous review based on new and concerning information.
After initially feeling reassured, I later experienced multiple red flags that have caused me significant concern about the legitimacy of this company and its affiliates. I began receiving numerous unsolicited calls (8–10 per day), was contacted by other companies claiming to be affiliated (including Aspire Legal Group and others), and was asked to provide sensitive information to access documents.
I was also advised to stop making payments to my existing creditors, which put my accounts at risk. After speaking with my bank and reviewing the situation more carefully, I now believe I may have been targeted by a fraudulent or misleading operation.
As a result, I have had to close my bank account, secure my personal information, and work directly with my creditors to correct the damage caused. This has been extremely stressful and disruptive.
I would strongly caution others to thoroughly verify any company, avoid sharing sensitive information, and consult directly with their financial institutions or trusted advisors before enrolling in any debt relief program.
