Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. They take your money quick enough, but that where they stop. They made an error, if I try to change online it just reverts back to the original. I’ve contacted by email, chat bot and phone, they don’t reply. Complete waste of time and money.

This company is awful , I have paid for my will and unfortunately forgot my password and asked for a reset. 3 weeks later I still have not had it and cannot print the will off. I have requested this about 20 times, I have left dozens of messages which no one has replied to, I have also tried messaging. I think this could be a scam, I have looked this company on Companies house and it looks like it has gone into liquidation. Do not pay for you will on this as I have just lost my money. I also did a will for a friend and sent it to BL to store, it came back to me 3 times as gone away. How can a company have 3 dummy addresses if it is not bogus
