We make what’s known as ‘barefoot’ shoes, which provide a more natural fit and a thinner, more flexible sole so that feet can move and develop as they were meant to. Customer services were responsive. Just a pity to learn they don’t do split sizes as many small kids develop a little unevenly to begin with. I certainly can’t afford to buy two different sizes until my son’s left foot catches up so I’ll have to hope they look to change this policy in the future. Everyone deserves great shoes 😊

Great quality customer service and great quality shoes
Absolutely a lovely company. I needed to change a size of a shoe we ordered and they were so accommodating. Really lovely response and customer service, very grateful for the speedy dispatch and delivery as well!
The quality of these shoes are really good, the only time we’ve needed to change my child’s shoe is only because she has grown in size but even then with the barefoot style being flat and not pushing feet down, and wide toe box, it gives her more leeway and use for longer!
My child finds these shoes really comfortable and calls them her fast shoes as they support her natural movement and boosts her confidence whilst she explores.

Supposedly wide toe box. My son is an H fit and these are far too narrow for his feet. So will be returning. I was so hopeful that these would fit as I have struggled to get shoes to fit but alas not here

We design our shoes with a wide toe box and aim to provide comfortable footwear for as many children as possible, but foot shape plays a significant role in how a shoe fits. While this particular style may not have suited your son, there may be other styles within our range that work better for wider feet.

I was recommended Bgreatershoes by my sister-in-law and I'm so annoyed that I didn't learn about them sooner. Phenomenal customer service (Kloe is a superstar); beautiful shoes (that my daughters claim are very comfortable) and excellently priced compared to the other leading high street brands. My children are fussy but trying on these shoes was easy and within a few minutes, both had confirmed the shoes were comfy and perfect for school. They also arrived impressively fast, despite me ordering them last minute right before the Bank Holiday weekend. I am officially a convert and will not be shopping anywhere else for my children's school shoes.

Disappointing experience
Ordered a pair of kids shoes on 22nd August.
It’s now 1st September and despite claiming they were dispatched on 24th August, DPD do not even have the parcel yet. My child needs them for this week and of course they wont be here in time now. Also sent an email asking what’s happening and no response despite their auto reply stating emails would be replied to in 24-48 hours. Really poor service and I’ve been put off from using this company again.

I spend £86 on 2 pairs of shoes and…
I spend £86 on 2 pairs of shoes and still have to pay £3.95 for delivery. The shoes themselves are great. Both my daughters have worn them for school and they've lasted more or less the whole school year. The reason for only 4 stars, delivery.

Ridiculously impressive shoes! School shoes worn (in Reception) for an entire year and still look immaculate. Look really smart and my son says they are very comfortable. Incredible customer service
I had an issue with sizings for one of my child's shoes. I was able to exchange these easily with the help from customer services, at no extra cost to me. Very impressed with how helpful they were and would definitely order from them again. Highly recommend as they are great shoes, long lasting and very comfortable for my kids. Customer service was excellent, cannot fault my experience at all.

Not what they were.
BGreater shoes used to be so good! Super flexible sole, wide toe box and very “barefoot” features, and my son loved them!
However, my recent experience has changed my perspective of this brand entirely. I recently purchased the Levison style in black for my son, but they looked and felt poorer quality than past versions; they were uncomfortably narrow for my son’s feet, the sole was also more rigid, not flexible like in the photos. A little disappointing.

Shoes that have lasted all year and are still going strong!
Before buying shoes from Bgreater, my daughter would get through at least 2 pairs of school shoes a year due to wear and tear (she runs her shoes ragged!) I went to buy her some more Bgreater shoes for this year and amazingly her shoes, which lasted all of last year are still going strong! She also has wide feet and these have been perfect for her. I will always buy these shoes from now on.

My children and I have always loved BGreater Shoes and I'm so glad I made the switch to them a couple of years ago from another well know brand that keeps increasing prices whilst decreasing quality. This time I had to make an amendment to my order and the customer service has been exceptional. I received all fours pairs in a short delivery time and they look so stylish as well as ergonomic.
