Niamh and Ruairi Dooley, a sibling founding team, upcycle the leftover grain from Irish craft breweries to create a range of delicious malt tasting foods. Excellent products, nutritious and tasty!

I have just purchased the crafty cookie mix. Great to support an Irish family business too! Excellent customer service and speedy delivery. Couldn’t recommend Biasol enough! Protein pancakes, crafty cookies and super milled grains
I have tried 3 products from BiaSol’s range, the super milled grains, the protein pancakes and the crafty cookie mix. I must say I’m really impressed by the taste and the ease of baking with the mixes. My niece loved baking the cookies and the mix had everything we needed just needed to add egg and butter. My personal favourite are the protein pancakes, I make them using oat milk and they’re a quick and easy way of hitting my protein intake. Ordered online and delivery was super quick. Love that it’s an Irish company too. Will be trying out the rest of the range!

Fantastic service from the bia sol team. Niamh and Ruairi reply make you fell ike every order counts. I ordered the scone mix but can’t wait to try out everything they have on offer. The pancakes are so tasty.

Fast delivery
Delivery was really fast, and I loved the little personal note added. I use these products mainly for adding to a simple brown soda bread recipe. They work a treat for adding a lovely texture to the bread. I will be trying them out in other ways!
