The item i ordered turned out to be too small but as i had taken the labels off I could not return them, a previous pair of jean I ordered the same size fitted perfectly.

It's nice to find a online retailer that actually accommodate's for the taller/ slimmer person. Only criticism, the belt that comes with the trousers is a might bit small, perhaps the next size up maybe the best option. Will certainly be back to purchase more clothes in the very near future.

As usual the delivery was at mine in a few days, the quality of the clothes are to a highest standard.

Delivery time and cost were excellent. The product itself was terrible (Skechers GoWalks gave me the biggest blisters I ever had on my feet after only a 4 mile walk), but that’s not their fault. Would but from them again.

Outstanding trousers, just what I have been looking for and being tall and slim it is almost impossible to find my size; these are perfect! Great service, as always

Ordered two pairs of shorts , no problem with quality of the 1 pair delivered, however after placing order they then sold out of others but wasn't told until the delivery arrived leaving it too late to order another from elsewhere for holiday. Also would not have ordered if only 1 pair available due to postage cost .

Super service - as always - from this independent Big and Tall clothing retailer. I've been shopping with them via Mail Order, Internet, and in-person for around 22 years and I'm always blown-away by how great the service is.

Always good quality and fantastic customer service

I purchased a suit from this retailer, unfortunately I had to send it back because it didn't fit, no problem I thought. Free returns it said on the website.

I'd also qualified for free next day delivery (usually £8.50) because my order was over £199. When I received the refund I'd had £8.50 taken off the total refund. I called up and asked why this had been deducted, from my refund. The person on the phone said it was because my order didn't qualify for free delivery because when you return an item the order value is £0, so it falls below the £199 threshold, so the delivery cost is deducted from the refund. When I explained this wasn't the case they agreed to refund the £8.50, but they'd charge me £4.95 as a returns fee. I argued that across the website it states free returns and free delivery, and in the process of returning they'd tried to charge me for delivery and returns. Person referenced the T&Cs on the website stating the return fee of £4.95, but when checked it's buried deep in the text and actually states it's £2.95.

Don't advertise Free Delivery & Returns if you're going to try charging your customers for both, when they return an item. Be transparent and don't bury additional fees in your T&Cs.
