The company was easy to order from and responded to all e-mails pretty quickly. They were reasonably priced and showed up with a great product. Would definitely use them again.

Recipient sent me a picture of flowers
when received. Arrangement was very pretty! However, not worth the amount if money charged for 6 flowers, one hydrangea head, two roses and three daisies. I live on the UES and am used to paying a more than usual but come on! Someone was laughing that day when they put the charge through!!!!! Gave you 4 stars as arrangement was pretty but will not use again as I feel taken. Thanks for asking for my opinion

I called last minute for a friend's baby shower which was the next day and Lui was so amazing. I described what I wanted to her (garden chic, pinks and yellows and vibrant) and the arrangements I requested were even more beautiful than I imagined. Everything was delivered before I arrived at the venue and the mama to be was happy as well. She was great at working within my budget and the table setting/flowers were such a hit. I highly recommend Big Apple Florist for all your floral needs!

Two years ago I started sending flowers to business visitors. Only Big Apple Florists could arrange to have bouquets delivered to hotel rooms upon guest check-ins. Other florists kept saying they couldn't deliver them until after check-in; one arrangement got lost at the front desk. Big Apple has always come through. Recently I asked for a bouquet to go to friends, without knowing their address. Yes, they said, we'll contact them by email, be sure we get the right information and follow up on the order. It meant extra effort, but we managed to surprise my artist friend. With a lovely bouquet. Visitors to the gallery opening commented on the beauty of the arrangement. I will keep doing business with Big Apple because it saves me time and guarantees a beautiful gift.

I don't know anything about flowers. However, my wife does and is hypercritical about floral arrangements and that's the reason why I've used Big Apple Florist for ten years. They never disappoint. The quality, selection and longevity of the flowers; the creativity of the design and the helpfulness of the florists sets them above any other florist I've used. All I have to say is, "I need something interesting, something exotic", give a price range and they produce every time, and without fail, birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, it is money well spent.

A friend recommended Big Apple to me. I walked in after attending a great meeting, chose a beautiful arrangement, wrote two personal notes and they were delivered by the afternoon. I especially appreciated the notice confirming delivery. I would and have recommended them to colleagues and friends alike.

Very well desgined floral arrangement and delivered in a timely fashion. Friendly staff. On reflecrion, when I saw the bouquet, I would have liked a liitle more info about whatflowers/color scheme, as it was mucyh more high color than I had wanted and I should have been more specific.

MY mother-in-law grew up in NYC & she's been around the world. Needless to say, she's just about seen/heard/done it & it's fairly difficult to surprise or impress her, so my gifts to her must be truly meaningful and memorable.

Big Apple has solved my conundrum with something as simple as flowers! I just pick the most elegant arrangement from their website (GREAT SELECTION) & she LOVES everything! She sent pics to the whole family this year. "NO BRAINER"!!

Team swiftly managed a last-minute request for small centerpieces and they came out beautifully. Priced well also.

I had to call to see where the plants were. The show had already started and we had customers in the booth when the plants finally arrived. Some plants didn't match and had torn leaves. The plants worked out fine but if they had all matched and been on time I would have given a higher rating.

I was referred to Big Apple florist by a good friend of mine who always has the most beautiful flowers. I had an important luncheon and needed 9 personal bouquets. The arrangements they sent were gorgeous. I received compliments and thanks from all of my guests.

I recently had a penthouse apartment I had designed and renovated featured in a Homes Tour to benefit charity. Despite a local florist being featured in our advertising, they declined to provide a 'feature' floral arrangement for me at the last minute, and as I have received beautiful arrangements from Big Apple, I contacted them. Nicole was superb - very helpful and creative, and cared about the colors and type of arrangement for the designated space. Big Apple made a spectacular arrangement in only 2 days, and it made a very classy splash of color; the Homes Tour was a huge success, and many visitors commented on how lovely the arrangement was. I can't speak highly enough of Big Apple!
