Big Bear Trailers And Outdoor Bewertungen

Absolutely fantastic service, I sent a message on WhatsApp asking for advice on roof bars for my trailer, Sean quickly replied with all the information I needed and the items were dispatched the next working day. I would definitely recommend and I would 100% use Big Bear LTD again. Thank you for such an easy service 😀

Sean and Big Bear Trailers were superb. Incredibly knowledgeable and great service. Quick response and very efficient. C500 Debon trailer is spot on. Really pleased and would definatly recommend Big Bear Trailers and Outdoor.

Sean at Big Bear trailers was very helpful guiding us to find the right trailer for our horse. I can’t recommend Sean and his team high enough.

If you are looking at buying a new trailer I would visit Big Bear trailers.

Absolutely faultless from the initial conversation to collection of my brilliant Debon C700. Very friendly and top notch service! Will definitely use again.

From start to finish the service has been excellent. Knowledgable and helpful throughout the process, I can't fault it. Communication was clear as were the recommendations and delivery timings. All around top notch customer service even offering great support after sale when you have questions.

Big Bear Trailers have been amazing start to finish with supplying my Cheval Liberte Touring XL. Sean helped with all of the modifications I was after and I’m really happy with my new trailer. I had several issues with my car being delayed which meant they had to keep hold of my trailer for much longer than they should have done and nothing was too much trouble for them. Recommend highly if you’re after a new trailer.

Shaun is a pleasure to do business with and highly knowledgeable. Provides first class service and would recommend Big Bear trailers to anyone.

Big bear are a truly customer centric company, I have purchased from them before, the whole experience was second to none, so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. An absolute pleasure to do business with, I am now the proud owner of a lovely Cheval Libertie in ……. Purple! Thanks Sean you superstar!!

Saw the trailer i wanted online, phoned Sean to enquire about a Debon C255 box trailer he had in stock and after a very informative chat we agreed to drive 2 hours that day to pick it up in our motorhome. On arrival Sean talked us through how to set the trailer up and was very meticulous. It was a very pleasant experience buying our trailer from Big Bear trailers and we can highly recommend their services!

Very helpful and knowledgeable company and staff.
When we first enquired about a trailer they were happy to show us around all of their trailers they had to help us decide which trailer was best suited our business.
When we collected the trailer Shaun went through the whole trailer with us and showed us how everything works including all security locks and doors, how to hitch the trailer correctly etc.
They were happy to fit any accessories we needed as an extra including spare wheel holders, motorbike stands, extra tidy downs etc.
All around great experience purchasing trailer from this company. Competively priced as well.
Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

From first inquiry to collecting the new trailer the whole process was simple and straight forward and the guys were great.

Absolutely fabulous company to deal with from start to finish

Fantastic service from Big Bear from the first enquiry to driving away with my new trailer.
The team were helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress‑free.
Communication was clear throughout, and every detail was handled professionally.
Collection was smooth, and their aftercare support has been just as impressive.
Highly recommend Big Bear for anyone looking for great trailers and great service.

Great experience from start to finish with Sean being very helpful every step of the way.

It would be impossible not to give Big Bear 5 stars. Sean was very professional throughout the buying process. The handover was excellent with the genuine offer to call if you experience any issues. Reassuring to a trailer newbie like me.

The best business to buy trailers from!! I have purchased two trailers from big bear and both times they have been absolutely amazing. The service is top tier and the whole experience is seamless. Would never go anywhere else!

What an excellent company to do business with!
Purchased a Debon trailer from them and nothing was too much trouble.
Sean was very knowledgeable about the product, not at all pushy, and suggested extra items to me that he thought may be useful.
I had the trailer delivered to my home and pleased to say that I was kept in the loop regarding delivery times etc.
The trailer arrived and I was shown how everything worked by the delivery guy.
I will definitely recommend this company to my other biker friends.
Good old fashioned service!! Something that you don't see much of now.
Thank you so much.

We love our trailer! We travelled quite a distance because they had just what we were looking for in stock and at a great price. Every enquiry was responded to quickly and clearly…. The company are brilliant, absolutely first class customer service. If I describe the whole experience it sounds too good to be true. Such a pleasure to do business with a professional, efficient and helpful company. Thank you Sean ☺️

Brilliant experience throughout. Sean responded very promptly to my enquiries and to my emails, and made buying easy. When I collected the trailer, everything was set up and ready, all the documentation and keys were together, and Sean talked me through everything I needed to know. Great service. If only more companies were like this!

Brilliant team who are very friendly and helpful who sorted out a great tipping trailer that I needed quickly and got it all sorted in a couple of days for me- would highly recommend!
