Quick to take your money, but when you have an issue with your order you can't get hold of anybody to put it right!!! Ordered shirt & polo for wedding. Paid extra used express delivery and changed delivery address as moved last year. They used new address for invoice and old address for delivery! This was checked and checked before payment 🤬 will not use these again

Really nice quality clothes always a big selection the lady on the shop floor in Leeds is so nice really really helpfull she didn't know my son was autistic and the way she was with him money just couldnt buy i recommend this place 5 stars really caring staff 😀

Was, always helpful with friendly staff, shame the grimsby store closed as Leeds is a very long way off for me.

Their jeans and shirts are good quality without inflated prices.

i found this shop on face book. as i was looking to buy a suit. so whent to sheshe leeds and wow what a shop. a lady i think was michele was very helpfull in helping to get my suit.she made the whole thing look very easy. also the casual cloths was very good. i will be going back for sure thanks very much

Their returns service is better than higher end brands and refunds quickly processed.
I'd recommend them highly and intend on buying more from them.

I would not recommend, I've spent a while looking for a coat to buy each time would go into store to be told they waiting on delivery.

I go into store yesterday and they have their stock in , their website advertises their ' price promise ' and that they have the lowest price possible .

This is not true at all , the same item I purchased for £100 is £50 elsewhere! Due to my work pattern I would otherwise just return the item.

I emailed them about their price promise to be told has to be a retailer yet Amazon is a UK retailer ( their website DOES NOT specify it has to be bricks and mortar store ) .

Even Currys price match with Amazon ...

I'd just advise people if they want clothing try it on Instore to see if it fits and just look online for the exact item cheaper the price ( my case 50% cheaper )

First time shopping with bigboys despite waiting since October to purchase a coat due to stock issues .

I was looking for shorts for the summer. None of my usual fat bloke providers had anything I liked the look of and then I found Big Boys. I ordered 4 pairs of 3XL shorts, all at reasonable prices plus a 10% new customer discount, with free delivery and returns (if needed). Ordered on Thursday with delivery quoted as 3-5 days. Got dispatch note on the Friday and then products arrived on Monday. All items are good quality and are as described, and they fit properly so the size guide was accurate. Very happy, will use again!

Bought some tees for my son, these were brand names for big boys 😊 they fitted well and look great, will definitely buy again 🙌

After using rival sites for several years, I happened across BigBoys and was sceptical at first as I had never used them before but was enticed by their range of items that were very stylish and a change of what I had been able to buy elsewhere.

I took the plunge and ordered several items.

The order was smooth and arrived within the given timeframe which given it was fast approaching Christmas was really good.

The items were amazing, I ordered varying sizes (3 or 4 xl) depending on the provided size guides and each item fitted perfectly.

For those equally sceptical, order and pay using PayPal for that added security blanket but order with confidence, I was very pleased and have already placed a second order.

Fair to say over the last few years I have gained a little weight especially over lockdown. I’ve always liked my brands and dressing well since I was in my teens so have found it really hard to find stylish clothes that compliment my physique now I’m in my early 40s with a larger frame.
I found out about big boys through one of my work colleagues and ordered some Jack Jones and solid state basics which arrived quickly and fit perfectly. It has put me back on trend with my mates and I’m more confident meeting with the lads again now. Big boys is definitely my go to shop from now on.
