Worst experience in my life, took my money (£240), no winnings and the promise of "money back guarantee" is just a big huge LIE!
They told me to call back and when I did they just repeated the few written sentences they tell everyone!
BEWARE! Scam all over!
Never ever give your bank details!

I was led to believe that whilst you were paying £39.99 per month for 300 tickets, you would be guaranteed that money back if you didn't win.
What was not made clear was that if you win one pound (or 1 pence for that matter!) then you would not be paid that money at all. So for the first two moinths it would appear that I have won £1.84, for an outlay of £79.98. JUST A BIG SCAM I AM AFRAID. TIME TO CANCEL.
Very disappointed.

They are very cunning and try to sell their service to get peoples money.This Sales rep was trying to be very nice and talking about if i would buy her a bottle of champagne and sweets if I win lottery and got me into the sweet talk and told there is a promotional plan now for 3 months &I have to only pay £39.99 and if I dont win anything that money will be refunded to me after the 3 months is over. After 3 months you will be charged £39.99 for every month going forward and if I wish to cancel then give them one month notice. Plus they promised to send me 70odd lines for the lottery which i didnt recived in the first month. I realised they were trying to take £39.99 on the 2nd month when i contacted them to discuss why are you taking money and was very rudely answered by CS agent and thats how they are trained to handle in this situation. She wasn’t even listening or trying to understand the issue. They said we will listen to the recording and come back to me and after 3 days the same agent called me and confirmed that the sales rep told me it will be £39 for every month and when I asked can you send me the recording which you are claiming against she was rude and told speak to your solicitor and hung up. Disgusting company trying to rip of peoples money during this difficult covid phase . You are giving people mental stress . I will go to the ombudsman services or FCA and raise this and its not my money but how you are selling and ripping everyones money. If you have humanity then please stop doing this and please train your CS agents to be more human.

I was with biggest lotto for 3 months won £1.37 having given them £117.00. I did Euro lotto once a week on the side also spent £60 and won £50 for my trouble. You do the maths. I contacted asking to cancel my lotto as per terms and condition was treated as a bad smell and was rudely treated both on phone and webchat. Emails being 10 sent were returned even though I confirm address. Avoid

The worst of experiences!! Can everybody who has been scammed by these people get in touch with me!? I'm taking a legal action against them because I have been scammed and just made a winning of £7.50 after paying almost £100!! I didn't even receive any emails or letters from them apart from a confirmation email of my direct debit! When I tried to cancel they said I will still have to make the next payment cuz of a 30 day's notice meaning the next payment will be due already and that there will be no refund available and I can only cancel through clicking on a link they will send to my email! YOU SAT EVERYTHING UP OVER THR PHONE WHY CANT IT BE CANCELLED THE SAME WAY!!!
Look me up we need to bring them down they put many families in a difficult situation especially during the pandemic

This company is a big scammer, I joined them 3months ago and didn't win anything, called them to let them know my next option to cancel after the 3 months membership in other to get my money back according to the agreement, was told by one of the staff that cancellation can be made on 1st of August and this will be okay to get my refund back. I did according to the instructions, after that i called to know when my refund will get to my account, guess what? Was told that i have won a useless £5 and this cannot be withdrawn and that my £117 for 3 months cannot be refund because i have won the so called £5 that cannot be withdrawn.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY SCAMMER. I REGRET FALLING INTO THEIR TRAP.

Massive scam of a company, I was promised 10 tickets for a prize draw ended up getting nothing and to add insult to injury ive just woke up to find £90 in wages taken out in direct debits. I am not well off due to my jobs and this virus so I will now be struggling for this month. I'm not even mad anymore just heartbroken at the situation im in now

If only you could give 0 stars. SCAM! DO NOT GIVE YOUR SORT CODE OR ACCOUNT NUMBER. They use your sort code and account number to create a direct debit and take £39 out of your account without your authorisation even if you cancel them before their 30 days. If you have already done so, check with your bank and cancel it. On top of that, the positive reviews they have were written by them. If you check reviews on other sites, they have the same comments under different names. They class their phone calls as you signing up with them so just hang up.

bloody scam,i enrolled from august,plenty of draw tickets missing infact yesterday no tickets and august last week to tickets,all scam they when i spoke them to askin for screen shots but they cant see my tickets thats not being sent,no clarity of members and draws..

This company called me and the woman basically spoke that fast I had to keep asking her to repeat. Said something about 10 tickets. Mentioned some £30 something charge to use the service and youve a better chance of winning and that she would refund me that month if we never won. Asked can it be cancelled at any time and she said yes just call me right back. Called her 10 mins after reading reviews and was told that I had to call another number. Took me ages to get someone and then she said she can't cancel it I had to email someone. I've done this and I swear if a penny comes out my bank account I will write about this in the newspapers. Absolute scam of a company. No wonder she spoke so fast and was so so so pushy. This should be shut down. If anything people deserve compensation for the stress you put people through after almost forcing them for your bank details. For someone with severe anxiety, this has made me ill! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

I was completely foolish enough to give out my bank details over the phone. I have never ever ever done something so silly but couldn't help but feel it was genuine.

I've tried contacting the customer service team but am getting no answer. I've contacted my bank to block this direct debit being taken out. I think it's awful that they do this to people.

This website is scam tell me gonna give 45 Line and i wait for it untill lottery start on Friday noon and the number is out but im not get anything Line from them fuxking sheet website dont trust them and they will not give u back the money for 100% even they tell u 3 month they will refund to u DO NOT TRUST This website this people is SCAMMM and they rob your money !!!!!!!!

Really love this site! The prices are so reasonable and signing up for a syndication debit is honestly something I should have done ages ago! You get best of big jackpots, more chance to win and less hassle of buying before every draw. Really enjoy and recommend! Never had any problems or complaints with site or service and actually win!

Just had a call from a mick Williams saying I won from a fake Starbucks competition and I had 10 free lines for tonight, he was trying to sell a £39 lotto deal and was very convincing but as soon as bank details was talked about they can do one, blocked ya number if you see this btw he gave a phone number off 0203 3189187 and a email of support@biggestadmin .com should be illegal

Excellent customer service on the selling call. However can not now get in touch.
I cancelled my subscription within the 14 day cooling off period and I have been charged for the £39..
Tried to contact for refund, no reply to emails, phone number answer message is saying office closed at weekends ( its now Wednesday), and group support chat comes up with error. Quick to take your money . Cant get a refund.!
