Arrived safely in one piece.
Everything arrived within 5 days,and all in one piece. It seems to take a little bit longer, coming from Amsterdam rather than Belgium, but I am not complaining. It is still better service than we get when ordering within our own country sometimes.

Have used this website for a while and used to have a good experience. The past 3 orders I have placed have been significantly delayed all for different excuses. Customer service are not very helpful and it looks like a lot of people have had similar problems

Very dissatisfied customer
I placed an order on 5th May. I received an email thr nextv day stating that my order was on the way, I am still waiting 3 weeks later for the order. I sent an email to the company on 19th May asking about my order. Still waiting for a substantive reply. I wish I had never used this company. I would not be surprised to find out thst the products are not Britush made but rather importing the stuff from somewhere far away.I am very dissatisfied with their customer service

Order placed 27 April was expected within a week. Now at 21 May and no sign of it. No communications beyond that it was in transit in 5 May. If problem turns out to be DHL (delivers hopelessly late) I will happily amend the review.

I placed an order two weeks ago which was meant to be dispatched within two days. I have not heard anything from them, I emailed beginning of this week asking for an update and I have had no response. I am yet to receive by order or have any response from them really poor customer service.
Ignore the companies reply they have not sorted anything ignored half my enquiry and no parcel still 👍🏻

Order placed a month ago.....still not received it
Placed my order on 16.4.26. Email received 20.04.26 1 item OOS, expected to be in stock on 8.5.26, will send all items then. Another email on 7.5.26, something else in my order is now OOS, expected to be in stock 19.05.26. 3 emails from me have not been answered, only the generic "we have received your email" I have been waiting over a month for my delivery. No telephone service for Customer Service Team, only email, which is ignored. Shame, would love to have been able to give a more positive review, alas, still waiting for my goods a month after payment 😢

Part of the delay was caused by unexpected stock shortages while your order was being prepared, but the missing stock has now arrived and the warehouse team is prioritising your parcel for dispatch.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused over the past few weeks, and we truly appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this.
Slow Customer Service.
Our package arrived damaged, with two items not usable. I emailed customer service (they have no phone number). I got a reply that they were busy and would get back to me soon. It's been over a week. I have sent two more emails. They finally got back to me and made it all right.

Non existent customer service
How long does bgs expect customers to wait in for a delivery, spend time on the phone, time composing annoyed emails? This is terrible self-defeating customer 'service'. DHL emailed me to say they'd delivered my order to me. Not true. Can I get any response from them, or bgs? No. I have used bgs before, and approve of their ethos. I'd like to support them, but they make it impossible. Never again.

Terrible customer servide
Terrible customer servide. Have an Big Green Smile order which is possibly sitting in a DHL depot, which keeps on promising to be delivered but not.for the last couple of weeks. Or has it actually been dispatched? Big Green Smile do not respond to any emails, and DHL do not provide any human support for tracking. Not sure what is going on with this company, but if I could get a response a refund would be appreciated...
