It was very easy to book, all the information very easy to understand and we are hoping that the school gets something towards school funds. At £10 per match, not extortionate for peace of mind for season, hopefully there will be no problems when season starts and convenient walk 15 - 20 minutes

Went to watch Oasis at Heaton Park. Paid £50 for the parking. I had a long way to travel home and really couldn't afford to spend 3 hours getting out of Manchester, so having heard some horror stories about the traffic, I left the concert early.

However, when I arrived back at the car park, the attendant had stacked the cars so that I was completely blocked in. I had to wait an hour for other people to return by which point traffic was gridlocked. No attendants in sight.

Annoyingly there was also plenty of free street parking which I could have used. This is great idea for a company - set up a cheap website, strike a deal with local schools etc, pay some attendants minimum wage and job done.

There is no doubt in my mind that the customer service will be non-existent or absolutely abysmal. I do not anticipate an apology or a resolution. At best it will be some passive aggressive email from a 20 year old minimum wage girl or family member. It's all too standard these days. No, I would not use this company again. However, I might just set up a rival website. Easy idea and I'd beat them on customer serivce. Let's go!

We were nervous about booking Big Parking as we'd never heard of the company before. Used for an Oasis gig in Heaton Park and had a brilliant experience. Easy to book, good direction to the car park and marshalls on site to show us to our space. Would book again if a little on the expensive side.

Paid £40 for parking for oasis, which I thought was a bit steep but wanted somewhere safe. I managed to book the wrong date so emailed them in a panic. Received an immediate email back confirming they’d changed the date for me. Then received another email to tell me about road closures at the original school and asking me if I wanted to change the booking. I did and they confirmed. Had a lot of emails from them with info in the build up. Turned up on the night and the attendants were really helpful and friendly. The car wasn’t blocked in as it had been a few weeks before at Bruce Springsteen and when we got back the attendant was still there. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

used this company for the first time at the oasis gig in manchester...quick easy entrance to he car park and equally quick exit after the event....highly recommended

Just don’t bother. Only 15 mins walk to heaton park. Yet after the event you can’t get out. Could probably have walk back to York faster..

Paid £25 to park for evening concert at Kew when arriving at school gates as details provided gate locked no communication no response to telephone or email was 1 hour late for concert as had to find alternative parking in London DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Double payment taken and they want to charge to refund their error. Ria who replies to the emails is very patronising and does not admit to their system error.
The parking at LIONEL PRIMARY SCHOOL for Brentford FC is so tight that you must be able to drive properly to get out in and out of the school playground. If you are unfortunate enough to not get a place in the first part of the parking.

Brilliant parking. Used recently for a concert at Anfield Stadium. Was a 25 minute walk. Security guy was really polite. Will definitely use again.

Used their service to park at a school playing grounds near Villa Park for the recent GnR concert. Poorly organised and took us over an hour to depart at the end because no staff member was directing traffic, it was a massive free-for-all. Members of the public ended up sorting it for them. Considering we paid a lot to park nearby, it was a very poor service. Would avoid in the future.

Would have gave another star if my first email was dealt with correctly. Arrival was great many stewards helping and directing. The end was a complete disaster. 1 hour and 30 minutes to get out of the car park. No stewards present working any system to fairly navigate cars. After 45 mins of pure chaos two kind civilians stepped out of their cars to form a fair and efficient system. Obviously with the volume of cars I always expected long delays however the fact the stewards where no where to be seen until you and actually just chatting away under shelter instead of doing there jobs is not what I expected when I paid £40 for parking. I emailed my frustrations and the response was that that there was people present and doing their jobs. Total lie and I’m sure the two women who kindly stepped out into the rain after being in the concert and also paying £40 each for their cars would confirm that this was not true at all.

25 minutes from the venue easy walk finding the carpark bar the M6 traffic was easy entering simple number plate scanned and waved through into a field thankfully weather was dry. downfall was exiting as it was all for one no one giving way could of been better organized took an hour and then directed completely the wrong direction to the confused satnav but worked out not so bad in the end.

Booked parking for Heaton Park at Bowker Vale Primary School. Although the company advised there could be some road closures around the venue, what they didn’t advise was the road the car park was situated on would be closed for 2 hours after the concert. Was also informed on the day the car park would be opening late. A large amount of people were also mislead and left waiting. Despite my complaint emails and refund requests this still hasn’t been resolved and I have now been advised it has been passed onto a manager who’s ‘out of office’. Extremely disappointed. Had I been advised correctly I would not have chosen to park there. If my matter is not resolved I will be taking this further.

Just like to say great customer service even had replies from my emails from Tiffany at the weekend. The lady on the phone was great transferred by booking no hassle at all. Would definitely recommend.

Paid to Park at Greenfields School in Nottingham for the England game... Turned up in very good time... to be welcomed with a full car park and gates closed not allowing anyone else in... I and about 10 others who had also paid were left stranded. Why take payment for parking if you cant provide the space, extremely disappointing, had to find alternative parking which delayed me getting to the ground. I would avoid using Greenfields School in Nottingham.

Used for Springsteen at Anfield on Saturday 7th June, parking at The League of Welldoers, was initially a little sceptical but liked the concept of using Schools and Charity parks helping them raise much needed funds, £20.00 is a fair price for a reasonably secure park, 25 minute walk was no problem and full marks to the attendant who recognised our Number plate while parked across the road trying to find the e mail and waved us in, then provided directions and advised of local eateries, would absoloutly use again.

Used for event at Anfield, good price, great area, felt secure. Helpful staff at carpark and customer service, happy to change booking after I'd book wrong date.

Went exactly to plan. Safe efficient parking. Location convenient.
