Exactly as described, if a tad expensive, very prompt delivery, excellent.

They took my order but didn’t have the stock. That would usually mean a low review. But everyone makes an error, or timing can be unlucky. They did however contact me fast, suggest alternatives, and go through a whole process of making it right for me. All with personal and very fast interaction and response. That’s uncommon and what makes good service. All to rare these days.

Great customer service at first that went downhill. I received my bike with scratches and was sent with a polish without any instructions on how to apply them, after applying my bike looks terrible. A bad experience all in all. Not sure if I'd purchase online again with this experience.

I purchased bike fenders on the 11 they were picked up om the 13 and dispatched on the 13 today is the 18th and still waiting charged £10 for delivery would of been quicker if i biked down myself what a joke
