Gocycle annual service.
Impressed with Christopher's setup which makes it so convenient that he comes to me.
He kept my warranty up to date and he has access to the app my bike uses.
He went through my bike giving me a run down at the end.

Turned up bang on time, did such a thorough job on my bike, it's riding like it's brand new. He even sorted out my terrible DIY mud guard mounting. A great experience all round, would recommend.

I had excellent service from Chris who came to my home and fixed various problems I was having, and also a few extra jobs. Communication was excellent through the process, as was punctuality and price. Highly recommended what ever your bike problems are

Christopher carried out a service on both of my road bikes. He was thorough and clearly very knowledgable. The mobile service from his van is uniquely convenient to the customers. Loved it!

Prompt, quality and convenient
I first met Christopher when he worked for Surge Bikes and was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Hence it was a no brainer to call Bike Tune when I needed my bike fixing. I had an incredible experience with Bike Tune and I can’t recommend them enough! Chris came to my house and worked his magic on my bike right from his fully equipped van. The convenience of having the service come to me was a game changer, but what really stood out was the level of care and expertise Chris brought to the job. My bike was in rough shape, and now it feels like a brand-new ride—smooth, efficient, and ready for anything.
