Decent range of products available to order online with competitive prices, which isn't always the case with local firms! Delivered within a reasonable timeframe by a couple of friendly chaps who were happy enough to carry from the van and into my garage. Pleased with the products as delivered (had seen in person at the yard before ordering), so all good. Will happily use again in future.

Ordering excellent, told delivery in afternoon but did not arrive and was not told they had a problem so waited in all afternoon. Rebooked delivery for next day, arrived but although they said they rang the bell we were in and they delivered to the back of the house. we wanted it at the front in the garage so had to move it back ourselves. Only knew it had been delivered when we looked out. No delivery note left. Complained and they were very apologetic but said their driver had rung bell, Not happy.

I live near enough to collect and I like the efficiency of the online ordering. I'm not a bulk buyer of obscure items and I've found that I don't have to wait long before receiving a "ready to collect" email, certainly by the next day.

Ordering was a bit hard at checkout on the website as I clicked on the first PayPal icon and th payment was taken but the order didn't go through. Payment was returned quickly and I resubmitted my order. All was well after that. Delivery was great.
