Dreadful experience.
I went for a t section of highlights but the lady didn’t apply this properly and it bled over my scalp leaving patches all over my head.
Terrible application of highlights and clearly a lack of knowledge and experience doing these. I went to another salon who were shocked at the damage and I had to spend a lot of money on damage control. Stay away from this salon

Neha is a professional, she exerted just the right amount of pressure and made sure I was comfortable. She’s personable and thorough. I really enjoyed my massage and facial experience and even bought a package to repeat it over the next 4 months, it’s great value and well worth buying.

I would definitely recommend going to see Neha and look forward to my next treatment which is actually having my hair done.

Binishaz Aesthetics have a range of treatments from top to toe. It’s a little hard to find as it’s behind a shop front but once you find it, it’s a hidden gem!

Great service, professional and perfect - just what I needed after gym sessions and prices very good- Neha was excellent so I booked 2 package deals as I was impressed with everything!

I had a great experience at the Binishaz Aesthetics and want to appreciate both the staff members who helped me. First, the person Binisha who advised me on the hair treatment was extremely knowledgeable and honest. She explained what my hair needed, suggested the right treatment without any pressure, and made sure I understood how it would benefit me. Their guidance made me feel confident about the choice.
Secondly, the stylist, Rasila who actually worked on my hair did an amazing job. She was very gentle, patient, and paid attention to every detail. Her service was excellent—she made sure I was comfortable throughout, made me a nice cuppa ☕️🥰 kept checking if I was happy with the process, and delivered beautiful results. I’m very happy with the outcome.
Overall, a wonderful experience with both the advisor and the stylist. Thank you for the great service—highly recommended!

I had hot stone massage done by Nijma. Nijma was so friendly and caring. She did the massage really well that I went for a facial too. She made sure that I was feeling comfortable at each step. I loved the facial too so I went for a package deal.

I had such an amazing experience at this salon! From the very beginning, they were so kind and understanding, even allowing me to get my lashes done before payday , which meant so much to me. The lash technician (I can’t remember her name, but she was wonderful!) did such an incredible job — she was professional, gentle, and made the whole process so relaxing.

My lashes turned out absolutely beautiful — classic, classy, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve gotten so many compliments already, and I truly love how they look. I can’t thank the team enough for the care, kindness, and the stunning results. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for gorgeous lashes and a 5-star experience… don’t walk I mean runnnnn and the lashes done !!!!!!!!!

I was in desperate need of a keratin treatment and was so relieved to get a last-minute, same-day appointment at Binishaz Aesthetics Salon. I hadn't heard of the salon before, so I was a little worried about how things would turn out. However, the staff was so friendly and professional that all my worries vanished right away.
My treatment was done by Najma, with help from her colleague Neha. My hair is particularly tricky—I have a lot of new growth, those stubborn one-inch curly hairs that make my length go in all sorts of different directions. Najma was incredible. She went completely out of her way to focus on these tiny, short hairs, working on thin sections to make sure every single piece was properly treated. She was so careful and attentive, straightening my hair without ever getting close to burning my scalp.
The results are truly amazing, and I can't thank her enough for her dedication and attention to detail. I know the salon offers a lot of other treatments, and while I haven't tried them yet, I can tell you I will definitely be back. The quality of service from Najma was exceptional, and I'm so happy with my new hair.

I am a regular customer since a long time, even just recently my mum went there for a facial, body massage, hair colour and haircut. Our experiences each time were fantastic. Jess done her facial beautifully, Neha who we dealt with often does an amazing job everytime, Shristi and Najma done a good job with the hair colouring & cutting. And Binisha herself is lovely as well. Wonderful girls!

Top quality treatment. And very very professional. This place improved a lot. When you come in they have nice relaxing music and atmosphere. There are two girls..shirsti and Rasila who always go the extra mile. You can tell they are trained very well and they do a really good job with facials and massages. With the facials they know exactly how yo treat you and the massages are very good for injury recovery. These two therapists are the best and they really make this place special

I had a lovely experience. All the girls, Shristi, Rasila, Neha, & Banisha herself, have been wonderful. I called up on bank holiday Monday as my dry & frizzy hair was depressing me after all the highlights, I’d had recently. They fitted me in last minute & made me look a million dollars!! I’ve had so many compliments!!
My daughter is now going to have the same !! Thank you Ladies!!

My partner and I booked massages and a facial … I had Neha who was totally amazing for both message and facial, sadly my partners massage wasn’t great and he booked for two hours, he had a different person to me !

I had such a good experience with Neha! One of the best waxing experiences as she made me feel so comfortable and was so friendly. She done a fantastic job and was just such a pleasure to be around. She is a great asset!
