I had an outstanding experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong product, fully expecting a complicated return process or even a denial but instead, I was met with some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Their support team responded quickly and what impressed me was how they escalated my request to management without me even asking, and resolved everything smoothly.

To my surprise, they issued a full refund with absolutely no hassle and even told me I didn’t need to return the product.

It’s clear this company values long-term relationships over short-term profits. They operate with integrity.

Because of this experience alone, I will absolutely be a returning customer and will confidently recommend them to others.

FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Placed an order which included shipping fees. Then sent a fake tracking number and website link to check.

Day after I was contacted by the fake shipping company requesting $150 shipping fee in order to send out.

At this point I realised the scam, requested a refund and told not possible. DO NOT USE!!!

FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!

It’s a scam of a business,took my money not even a refund,for there mistakes in not explaining the process clearly,didn’t want to resolve it or help me in another way! Very bad customer service,wouldn’t use them at all!!

The 1st order seemed real and actually worked. The next couple times I ordered the peptides it must have been something else in the vial because even after increasing the dosage, it did absolutely nothing. Wondering if they get you hooked after the 1st order, then change ingredients so your not getting the real product.

Fast shipping, great communication and customer service! Products are top notch quality. They were out of the size bottle I ordered, so they sent a bigger bottle at no charge! Great company, highly recommend!

So I decided to try research peptides for the first time. I was very very skeptical about the quality of these peptides, and the insane low prices.

This place is totally legit 😳. They sent my order out within a day, I got it in 2. And now I've given my fat a$$ research rat it's medication, and not only is this effective, I actually had to lower research rat's dose 😂.I HAD been researching previously using compounded from BMI so ib do know I was getting legit peptides, but this is very obviously stronger, so be advised.

Reconstitution went perfect. I am DEFINITELY going to be a loyal customer to these guys, and already planning a second purchase 😀.
