I have just taken delivery of my second Sportage from BMG. I have dealt with Liam Adams both times, and he has been professional, accommodating and incredibly patient with my onerous list of requirements!
Everything was done remotely and my new car was delivered promptly on the day.
The atmosphere on site is relaxed and friendly. The best Kia dealer for miles.

Matthew Hemmingway was very good , took his time to explain things in great detail , very easy person to get on with, and has told us to come back to him on anything if we have any questions or issues , so hopefully this will be kept up as there are too many companies these days that don't offer a good customer service ,so far we are very happy

Once again the team at Birdwood garage have come up trumps. I recently returned to them having been so pleased with the service a few years ago and they did not disappoint. Friendly, helpful and efficient at the time of the sale but importantly sorting out a teething problem straight away. As an older widow I find it very reassuring to have a car sales garage like this that I feel I can trust. Thankyou Birdwood!

Two test drives later purchased a Sportage, slightly overwhelmed by the electronic kit it comes with!! But reassured by the words, “come back with anything you need help with”

I visited Birchwood Kia at Washington to look at a Kia Picanto as having done research on line this car appealed to me. When I arrived I looked around the showroom and one of the salesman named Matt asked me if I needed help, so I sat down and had a discussion about the car. He explained all about the car very clearly @nd went through the various finance packages and payments with me to suit my budget.
I did not feel pressured at all to buy a car, but Matt provided me with everything I needed to know and I felt confident enough to purchase. Everything from then on was completed on line and was very straight forward. On collection day Matt sat with me in the car and went through how things worked and told me if I had any queries to contact him.

Friendly, polite, humorous. offered a great deal and were prepared to negotiate on the small things that matter. Very good personal service. Actually made us feel appreciated as a customer.
