the goods were not delivered i live at 47f Old Compton street the delivery address sent to was 47 old compton street . i requested a refund i get an email which said this has been done but nothing appeared in the account

Packing or rough handling?
Birdbrand were very good, they advised me of the leaks even before the courier delivered the 'good' tubs, and have been very prompt at replacing the leaking tubs.
Excellent customer service.

Great product,slow delivery for the price

I use Bird brand complete protection for my shed.
The shed is large and takes a long time to paint.
This product applies easily and quickly.
The finish is lovely, my 10 year old shed looks brand new again, as it does every time I apply Bird brand.
We didn't have a very good experience with the courier, but don't let that take away the quality of the product.

Good quality oil which was thin enough to go through a spray gun. Easy application too via a paint brush on garden furniture.

Used bird brand green tea outside paint for our summer house. This is fantastic paint. It covers well, does not drip and is fast drying and very consistent. Excellent finish. Does need a good stir if been standing a while.

Quick delivery and great paint product
At first I thought the paint was a bit thin but after a second and third coat the paint and gate looks amazing.
Need to order more as definitely needs a third coat on my fence but still a lovely colour and people have commented on how good the gate and fence looks.

This the 3rd time we have bought this paint in 25 years.
1st time was for a metal oil tank, other 2 times for metal storage containers.
It is brilliant and very long lasting, as you can tell!!
It is not cheap to buy but worth it for the longevity.

We used the Bird Brand clear preserver on our Breeze House - it was so easy to apply and went a long way. The wood looked instantly replenished with a lovely glow. Great product.

The product was delivered. Packaging was the same as always. Using the product... it seems to have watered down or diluted in some way. The outcome was not as good at cleaning etc as before .
