Birdie is great fir me becouse l don't need to use another way to confirm my shifts or to made my reports. It is great as well for medication still there are some things could be improved this app is good

Great app
Great app. All in one place. Only reason is I give 4* is that I think they should notify the carers when our rota has been updated but other than that then I would have rated 5*. Was worried of swapping over from paper to paperless but all is good so far.

The app is great
The app is great, and has all the important details I need to record as a carer. However, I don't like the weekly/day view section of the app, it's laggy and fiddly, quite irritating when you want to view the following week's rota/shifts. It just doesn't work as well as one would hope it does. Bring back the previous version where you're able to view 2 weeks of shifts easily please.

Its good app, but it needs to load quickly rather then the bird is flying flying . Before it used to load lot quicker then now

As a health care worker I find birdie…
As a health care worker I find birdie easy to use and check off tasks. It also has a Raising Concern feature to accelerate issues at a service user.
It also shows me the total number of hours worked and my upcoming schedule
