Although my ordered took a while to receive (approx 30 days), if you plan ahead you will receive in time for your needed event. I emailed Emma in customer service and she responded friendly and professionally and assured my order would be delivered in time for my event and it was! I love them!

DO NOT purchase anything from Birdie Tee
Ordered one long sleeve and one short sleeve women’s polo. Received two short sleeve polos. The sizing chart on the website indicated that I would wear a size three sizes larger then usual….so that is what I ordered. They arrived quickly, however the polos were almost 2 inches narrower than their sizing chart states. Did not fit! Bonus points for not refunding me because it was “not their fault”

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...
I had a terrible experience with Birdietee.com. The shirt sizes run much smaller than normal, and to make matters worse, you can’t exchange them for a different size. I spent $111.00 on three shirts, and it ended up being the biggest waste of money.
Instead of allowing a proper exchange or return, they only offer a 30% discount toward another purchase—so you’re basically stuck with shirts that don’t fit and expected to spend more money with them. Make sure you read the fine print before ordering.
Customer service is also very frustrating. They don’t respond until around midnight, and overall the support is poor and unhelpful. They were unwilling to work with me to resolve the issue.
Bad service all around. I will not be doing business with this company again. Don’t buy from them.

I ordered two shirts from this site
I ordered two shirts from this site — one custom and one off-the-shelf. Both items arrived relatively quickly; however, the custom shirt was missing and a random shirt was included instead.
I contacted the company, and Emma handled the issue from there. After a few back-and-forth emails, the situation was resolved promptly, and a full replacement order was sent out. This meant I ended up with my correct order plus two additional shirts.
Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they are handled. Emma was excellent to deal with — responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The company acknowledged the error and fixed it without hassle.
Overall, a great customer service experience, and I would happily use them again.

Site did not mention shirts were unisex - button placard is reverse of what is normal for ladies shirts
Also, no mention that size measurements were not consistenst across shirt types. An XL is in a sleeveless shirt has different measurements than an XL in a short sleeve shirt and an XL in a long sleeve shirt. Will not order from site again

UPDATE - I wrote a 1 star review in 11/5/25. This is an update. If I could give a worse rating I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I have never had a company be more difficult. First, the hanging golf ball display I bought is JUNK. The tees are loose in the holes and do not hold the golf balls as advertised. I requested a refund right away. They refused and kept trying to send me a new product. It took 10 emails and threat of legal action for them to agree to a full refund. I received the defective product on 10/9/25 and did not receive a refund until 12/29/25. However, it was only a partial refund. I am still waiting for the rest. It has now been almost 3 months of this. I am now on my 17th email to them and this issue is STILL not resolved.
