The dresses where here on time, we needed to return one. Return was fast and easy. The dress is made well and very comfortable. I recommend trying the company first.

We ordered from both Azazie and Birdy Grey for two different weddings. The dress price points are similar, but the quality of the dresses, number of dress styles available, condition of package on delivery, size options in junior bridesmaid sizes, and inclusion of a garment bag from Azazie was a better experience from start to finish than Birdie Grey.

We ended up ordering junior bridesmaid dresses through Azazie for both weddings as the sizes through Birdy Grey were limited and didn’t come in a small enough size.

That said, the dress we ordered is pretty, the quality is sufficient. It fit well, and was received in good condition even though the bag it came in (inside the outer shipping bag) was torn and the dress was half out of it when it arrived.
Was it shipped that way? We’ll never know.

I couldn't believe how fast it came in the Mail I loved the colors but would have loved to sample more colors for free with colors like light blue light peache colors stuff like that!

Although I only ordered swatches as of now, it came in very quick and such an easy process to order.

The customer support was amazing!! Had some trouble with my first round of swatches but they immediately made it right! I couldn't be happier with my swatches and the love from them. I will definitely be ordering from here!

After previously ordering bridesmaids dresses from Birdy Grey, the quality was so good and the color was everything I had hoped for by getting a sample first. It just made sense to go back and order the groomsmen ties as well. The color was perfectly matched and the ties itself was a great quality material.

I didn’t receive my items. My post office delivered the package with a damaged, missing, or didn’t receive sticker. When I opened the package, it was in fact empty.

My order arrived promptly and undamaged. I am very pleased with the items I received and the excellent customer service

This company has a wide variety of dresses and accessories for any occasion. I bought my first bridesmaid dress from them, and was astounded at the affordability, quality, and fast shipping. The dress was perfect! I’ve never felt more like a princess and I can’t wait to wear it for my cousins wedding. Thank you Birdy Grey for your amazing service. Will definitely shop again!

I ordered a XXL vest and received a XL vest. The sizes also run smaller, we tried to go bigger and the stock is out for over a month.

They had the opportunity to help me and get me a dress in time for a wedding and they decided to take their time which ultimately made my order pointless. (I was in contact with them and they chose to be difficult)
