Order says delivered but it was never delivered

I ordered the samples and it was a great experience!

I love the colors

My dress swatches arrived in a timely manner and were presented in a nice folded pamphlet. I was very impressed.

Everything was very great! SPEED, QUALITY, SERVICE!

I was sent the completely wrong dress.

Seems like decent quality, although for a slim fit I still think it’s a little roomy. I’ll probably need to have it tailored before the event.

My experience was so immensely frustrating I would rate 0 stars if I could. For starters, I bought dresses that had a waived rushed fee and were supposed to be delivered on September 13th. A week later, they still hadn’t arrived and I contacted the shipping company. All of a sudden, there was movement on my package but it still didn’t get delivered until the 23rd. Mind you, it was only an hour away from me the entire time so I could’ve just driven there instead to save time. So after waiting and being anxious about not getting my dresses in time, turns out I didn’t even receive the 7 seven dresses I ordered. I only recieved 2. I don’t know who this falls on, birdy grey or SpeedX, but don’t worry they got a piece of my mind too. The only positive thing about my experience was talking to the customer service representative, Isidora. She was absolutely amazing, extremely responsive, and went above and beyond for me so give this gal a raise.

Silent order does not fit my child remeasured and reordered and size came in wrong color we are currently 5 days away from the wedding and she has no dress and no shoes because the packages still have not arrived.

This was my first time ordering a suit online and I am blown away! The quality is great and it is very comfortable. As a woman who wears suits and constantly has to tailor everything, the short/slim option required no tailoring for me. I will be ordering every wedding suit from here now! The price was very affordable and ordering online expectations are always low, but again, 10/10. Super fast shipping was also a plus, it was packaged incredibly and ready to wear.

I ordered a dress beginning of September, wedding is October 17th, with them being a company for wedding you would think they make everything stress free considering how stressful wedding planning already is. There was no updates on dress whatsoever , come to find out the dresses they have on their website arent even in stock! THEY HAVE TO BE MADE AFTER YOU ORDER! Do not have something on your website claiming it’s in stock and available to purchase when it doesn’t even exist! After placing the order beginning of September my expected time to arrive was oct 26! Literally after wedding, they claimed it was still being “stitched up” wedding planning is alot, now imagine having to cancel an order and looking all over for a dress 2 weeks before wedding! Unbelievable and no regards to helping or apology. This company needs to have dresses already made before putting them on website as well as giving actual updates on time and arrival!

I got my dress through Birdy Grey and was so excited to be a part of my sister's wedding. The dress turned everything into a nightmare. The stitching by my bust made it look like nipples were pointing through the dress, the slit was poorly (and cheaply) designed, and the dress pockets fell in the most awkward and unflattering way and had to be sewn shut.

My seamstress told me she dreads doing Birdy Grey dresses because they're always poor quality, and the alterations always end up costing a lot. I know this seamstress, she's done bridesmaid dresses for me in the past, and the last dress she altered didn't cost nearly this much. Save yourself and your bridesmaids money in the long term. Get your dresses from anywhere else.
