Bison Coolers Bewertungen

I haven't received my cooler yet, but the ordering process has been terrific and I am very excited to get it. Will report back once I receive it.

It’s beautiful and came earlier than expected!

It’s refreshing when a company responds in a very timely manner & was helpful. Customer service is key and it’s refreshing to experience good customer service!
Thank you!

This is the greatest travel mug I have ever had. I was given one as a gift, and didn't have high hopes for it. Wow!! Was I wrong. I slightly overheat my coffee and it will stay warm for up to 12 hours. I cannot drink cold coffee...so this is a super big deal for me. I just recently bought 2 more to give as Father's Day gifts to my sons. Keep up the great work Bison Coolers!!! And thank you for being made in the USA.

Great cooler. delivery was fast, holds all the beer I need an all the ice.

Ordered a new lid for my Bison tumbler Shipping was super fast and easy.

Waiting on my second soft cooler never any complaints

Everything that I had hoped for and made in the USA.

The new latches I ordered worked great bought them for a 25qt Brute box wasn't sure if they would work but they did

Love the cooler...keeps ice for days. Only issue is the drain plug is easy to loose. Even have excellent customer service

Ordered the cooler and got the cooler quickly. Great experience there. When I inspected the cooler, I was impressed with the insulating materials. Also the workmanship. Looks like a serious upgrade over what I have been using. I haven't had the chance to actually use the cooler yet, but I think it will absolutely do the job. Thus far, I'm pleased.

I love the Bison Cooler products I've used. I lost my previous drink cooler and needed a new one. Of all the products out there I could have bought from a number of other companies, but Bison won my loyalty again. I can put ice in the cooler and have ice in it for three to four days depending on if it is inside or outside.

I love this company. They produce quality products and they have great customer service.

Quick shipping. The basket is a pretty expensive accessory for what it is considering the cost of getting the cooler in the first place. It is still nice to have though.

I was surprised how fast my order was shipped

Excellent cooler! Great quality at a decent price. Very quick service.

I went into the shop staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The product is great. Don’t sleep on Bison.

Best customer service I have experienced in a VERY long time. Immediate response to inquiries and we felt important to the entire Bison team we interacted with. Although our order was small; it didn't matter to them. Excited to give our gifts to our team and our builders. Thanks Bison!!!
