Best ever Loan Manager
We worked with Suraya A. to obtain our loan. We need funds to obtain seed money for our medical practice. Our credit has not been great but she was able to help make it happen. There were points in the process where we lost patients and almost gave up. She was patient and helped simplify the process. Once we get establish , we will call her again for more funding. We also tell others.

I have been reviewing several Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) approvals recently and am concerned by the volume of hidden fees associated with these funds. It appears that businesses striving to thrive could easily find themselves in a financial trap due to these structures.
Specifically, I reviewed an advance agreement for a minority-owned business, Brannon Trucking Company, and was appalled by the terms. While the nature of the industry led the owner to utilize immediate funding, the business has suffered a significant loss of profits due to the aggressive nature of the continually drafted weekly payments.
It is my observation that most businesses will face severe financial difficulties when entering into MCA agreements with such unreasonable terms. I wanted to bring this specific case to your attention as an example of how these predatory structures can impact a company's ability to remain viable.

After almost 2 years
After almost 2 years, not contacting me, they finally decided to sue me. They were extremely difficult to work with. My business has long since been shut down, out of business. Now they’re trying to come after my personal belongings.
