I've been searching for the right pet insurance for months. BIVVY came up on my email several months ago. I was drawn by the low price but then saw its other benefits. You always have access to your policy documents in your pet parent account or you can contact our customer care team at team@bivvy.com for a copy of your policy. Since we reimburse our customers for the qualified care, we skip the hassle of insurance cards and networks and give our pet parents the power to choose their vet. Your vet doesn’t have to accept insurance, or even know you’re covered, for your insurance to work!
