I want to delete my account. I don't have a company or a website. For christ sake, just have an option to delete account or provide email address to reach your support team. Extremely frustrating

I found my personal details were registered to a new company, I had no inclination that I was even tied to this company what so ever, thankfully a search for my personal name brought me to Bizapedia's site, which had the company profile.

I contacted Bizapedia to let them know that I had no ties to this company and this was fraud, they were very helpful and agreed to hide this information whilst I filed a complaint with the SOS, which I'm very thankful for.

Reported a fraud on a company using Bizapedia. A business was using my home address for their business. Bizapedia wanted $5.00 for me to report a fraud. Maybe bizapedia is a fraudster also?

While I appreciate the platform, I am puzzled by their review procedure. I left a review for a business that has been spamming me, but you have to "choose an avatar" to submit it. These avatars look like the symbols that denote men's vs. women's restrooms. Forcing someone to choose an obviously gendered avatar to leave a review is weird and sexist.

I use this service everyday, I have the API that is the heart of my tool i use, without it, I'd be broke.

Information supplied quickly, easy to use website and no complaints, I can not fault bizapedia.

I work within real-estate, using bizapedia makes my life so easy, I can search for other real estate corporations which potentially lead to increased business, it's all about relationships. A fully featured contact book. Great value.

A PHISHING SCAM
This site I believe is a phishing scam. They published a FAKE review on a new company, refused to take down both the site information and the libelous post, THEN asked for money in the form of a subscription to fix the problem. Their address is in Nevada. I filed a formal complaint with the State of Nevada Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Division AND the FBI Cyber Crime Task Force. I would encourage others to do the same. Let's make this site bankrupt and send whoever is involved to jail!

Here's an update.
The company (Bizapedia) that allows fraudulent and libelous posts about businesses as a pretense for subscription monies on ITS SITE has requested additional information about THIS post to verify its authenticity. Your honor, I rest my case. Please visit or call the State of Nevada Attorney General's Office, Consumer Fraud Division for further verification.

In response to Bizapedia's reply, their assertion that an upgrade to have libelous posts removed from their site for a subscription fee is a flat-out lie. This author stands by the request for an investigation by both the State of Nevada Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Division for its unethical business practices and the FBI Cyber Crime Task Force. When both of those investigations into its business practices have concluded, or if this business deletes the information regarding the business from its site as requested before those investigations conclude, I will post an additional update here. Otherwise, good luck with the State Attorney General and the FBI. Hope they're both a fun time.

UPDATE 1/22/2026
For those of you who have had similar experiences with this company, you may have noticed that Bizapedia has NO physical or P.O. box address listed on its site, NO phone number, NO email address, and NO ONE to contact for assistance, other than a contact form, which, according to many of the complaints online, they conveniently ignore and never respond. If this company is so above-board, why are they hiding where they operate? Additionally, they apparently believe they are entitled to publish YOUR (in some cases, even personal) information under the pretense that it is public. I believe those criteria allow this company to operate unethically and with (I believe they believe with) impunity. So, here’s a suggestion.

Available as public information under this company's listing at the State of Nevada Department of State, Division of Corporations, is both a physical address and a contact name (nominee) for the person who apparently also serves as the company's registered agent. The person listed on that site can also be found on LinkedIn (representing and listed as a principal for additional companies, which, of course, is also public information), and that person's contact information is also listed on their LinkedIn page.
My suggestion is that you do a little research on your own at the State of Nevada Department of State, Division of Corporations, and contact the only contact person listed for the company DIRECTLY with your complaints. If you follow Bizapedia's argument that they’re entitled to access YOUR information because it's public, why shouldn’t we ALL have access to theirs for the same reason? Happy hunting.

Bizapedia is a scam. They publish your personal information on company pages without your consent. Can you find a normal job for yourself?

They high jack your personal information for resale.

This "company" Bizapedia is a complete fraud and a joke. They refuse to respond to my multiple emails to their CEO and their leadership teams. I provided them with the documents from the State Department provided to me that this was indeed fraud and they required Bizapedia to update their records. But they refuse to even respond to any email I send them. "Josh" is the CEO but even his email I am unable to send anything to. So they have a fraudulent business operating under my identity even though I have sent them police reports, FTC identity theft reports, Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, and now 2 Better Business Bureau complaints. I will not stop until this company corrects their incorrect listing under my identity. This is so unprofessional at every single level BIZAPEDIA!!! DO YOUR JOBS!

Update 11/14/25 -
I went through the Better Business Bureau regarding this companies practices and policies since Bizapedia sent me a message after I wrote the review below and they have cooperated by removing the fraudulent business including the business EIN which was also created fraudulently. I was asked to remove my review by the company on Trust Pilot however since I was honest about my experience does not change the facts. I did accept the businesses offer to remove the business and EIN including requests to Google, Bing and more to be updated/doxxed. I am thankful to Bizapedia for finally contacting me to get it resolved. I am at this point satisfied despite the amount of time and effort this took from start to finish.
