While Graham couldn't help me move forward with, what is essentially marketing support at this stage, I would highly recommend him if you are at the stage of selling. Having also made enquiries with bigger companies that call themselves 'business brokers' I would steer clear of these costly firms and use someone who understands people as well as numbers.
