Severa vital parts weren't included in my order. I emailed about this and then despite the email saying it would be replied to within 24 hours, there was no reply.

Faulty items
Purchased a set of adjustable dumbbells which broke within 3 months of having them, took absolutely forever to get a replacement when one part was sent if wasn’t right piece so ended up waiting again! Then this week the other one has broken and same issue! This time I’m getting absolutely no response from customer service even though last time was an absolute nightmare to get hold of and when I did the manager never got back very quickly! I’ve wasted nearly £400 this was a birthday gift for my son and he’s so fed up of them he wants me to get a refund on them! This is what I would like but that’s never going to happen with a company like this! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience
I recently ordered two items from you through Facebook — a bright pink bar and a set of pink and black bar collars.
Unfortunately, the collars I received are not the ones I ordered. I have messaged several times asking for this to be rectified, but I have received no response whatsoever.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that you were extremely quick to respond when you were taking my money, but have completely ignored my messages now that there is a problem with the order.
The bar I received is also not the same shade of pink as shown in the advertised picture. I have since looked at your other Facebook adverts and noticed that the bar you sent appears to be advertised for £10 less.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the products received and, more importantly, the lack of customer service after payment was made.
I would like this matter resolved promptly. Please arrange a full refund and collection of the incorrect collars you have sent me.
I hope you will respond and resolve this rather than continuing to ignore my messages.

Absolutely outstanding service from Black Bear.
They installed my Concept2 SkiErg and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. They responded to me within minutes over the weekend, offered a very competitive price, and completed the installation within just two days.
The quality of the installation was perfect, and they took the time to explain everything clearly afterwards. They were incredibly responsive, friendly and professional throughout.
As a family business, Black Bear is exactly the kind of company you want to deal with. I only wish there were more businesses like them.
Brilliant service, brilliant quality, and I will definitely be using them again.

Product was as described and top quality , had some issues with delivery but not Blackbears fault , poor courier . Blackbear rectified the problem immediately on notification of the issue . Would recommend using them

I ordered the leg extension and curl plate loaded machine on Friday and it was delivered and assembled as promised on the following Monday. Fantastic service and Anthony even adjusted my cable Smith machine for me while he was there. Really 5 star customer service and the machine is excellent too!

I enquired about a Dumbell set as couldnt find exactly what I wanted. Lucky enough to live close to the warehouse so went down to discuss requirements. Really helpful and friendly, no pushy sales tactics and a great price. Everything super quality. Will definitely be back!

Can not fault them
Had some issues with my order being separated in to 2 Deliveries, and the 2nd one being heavily delayed. However, the team at Blackbear Fitness made it right, and got the shipment out to me, so cannot fault them for that.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the 100kg coloured bumper plate set. It was delivered but missing the pair of 10kg plates. Lost in transit by courier. Contacted BBF and they immediately arranged for a replacement set to be sent. Good communication by Anthony at BBF. The plates are top quality, very happy. Thank you.
