Fantastic deal fast service - Blown away. Cheapest price on the Michelin Cross Climate 2 for a Volvo XC90 with 20 inch rims.
I ordered them Monday at 6pm. They were on my doorstep on Wednesday at noon. I saved over 250 total vs going to a local tire shop.

J’ai été surpris que mon garagiste (depuis 23 ans) ne pouvait égaler le prix. J’ai reçu mes pneus à la maison rapidement. Mes pneus d’hiver étant à changer, je n’ai pas hésité à les acheter chez Blackcircles. Je vous recommande ce commerçant. Et franchement, je ne comprends pas ceux qui l’ont évalué avec 1 étoile.

Service was great. They helped me find the perfect tires at a great price. The delivery of the tires was on time. I recommend using their services.

The website was quite simple to use, there was a great variety of products and prices were amongst the best I could find. On top of that, I could easily contact one of their sales' team member for questions.

ordered my tires and got them delviered at a shop. They booked an appointment with a shop. Got there tires were there and I was in and out in 1 hour. Blackcircles you guys rock!!

These folks shipped me product with a defect and refused to replace a tire that had a cut in it. I reported it within 2 days of receiving the tires. I was told to use the Road Hazard Warranty instead. Buyer beware. I am extremely disappointed.

My frustration is further compounded by analysis of a single photo of a tire that is literally 2 days old (yes, I should have noticed at time of mounting and yes, is on original Toyota 2004 rim that does have some curb rash that is not co-located). I have to FIRST fix the unrepairable tire by purchasing a 5th tire and then submit to road hazard in hopes I get my money returned to me and all the requirements of the road hazard warranty are met. So much for my wonderful buying experience. I have learned my lesson. Don't buy tires over the internet and certainly not from blackcircles.ca. I am sorry, but that's my experience.

You folks keep asking me to file a road hazard warranty claim and you don't even realize I can't do that until I buy a 5th tire (which is done) and receive it, install it and take pictures off the rim (as per your own process). Now I have a car I can't drive, no replacement tire (yet), and have paid out for 5 tires.

As a followup to my previous review - returned tires from august. STILL have not received my refund as promised. Want to charge me a restocking fee when it was their mistake. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people - you could be like me and be waiting for $2000 back you cannot afford.

It is very unclear what is included in the tire price, received half my order in the mail, tires were not installed as I had assumed (and not instructed of during the ordering process). Waited on the hold for a couple hours then hung up, finally got a hold of a guy on their messenger service who was rude and very unresponsive. The guy offered no solution and suggested that I was needing to pay an additional 200 to return the tires... I had the credit card charge cancelled and refunded. Lesson learned - go with a reputable shop or online retailer who has GOOD customer service, inclusive packages and better prices.

These guys have been great. Two sets of wheels and tires over a couple of years. Needed a replacement center cap for one of my wheels a year a later and their customer service was prompt to reply and get the part in the mail. Great service from Black Circles and fast shipping of wheels, tires, parts.

Please do not do business with this website. While tires were promptly shipped and they look good, my computer glitched out accidentally ordering the tires twice. I received two receipts. When I reached out to ask about the mistake, the company refused to take back the second set of tires without a restocking fee. They explained people order multiple sets of tires all the time. My question is then this: why would they not order on ONE receipt? Not multiple copies back to back—same address, same card number, same name.They also left this second set at the garage for an enormous amount of time, clogging up the poor gentlemans shop. DO NOT do business with them. If you have an issue, you will not be taken care of well.

What an absolute amazing company! I ordered rims and tires for 1,200$ CAD and let me tell you they weren’t cheap brands!!! If I could post a pic of how sexy my car looks, I would! I highly recommend this co pant! Not only for the price but for the service. They are amazing. I am so grateful because not everyone can afford 3-4K for top of the line rims and tires. PLUS.. they helped me with a tires discount. WTH!?!? *When it feels like you won something*

Purchased 3 Carlisle Trail HD ST225/75R15 E rated tires and received one mismatching D rated tire. Reached out over phone, email and there contact forum on there site but after multiple attempts no response. On multiple attempts to contact over the phone I waited 30 minutes or more on all occasions with no luck. Needless to say very disappointed with the outcome of the situation as I’m now stuck with an unusable spare. Would not recommend buy from local and save the hassle of interfacing over the phone.

OUTSTANDING customer service/support. FAST shipping on tires. Directly to a garage of your choosing as well. Garage appointment setup and completed by Blackcircles. When No other tire company had stock of the CrossClimate 2's. Well....Blackcircle did !! Thank you everyone that helped me and did an amazing job for me. I had no stress. They were cheaper than any tire company had them for as well. Amazing !

They're selling outdated stock at premium prices. When my girlfriend received her recent order, it was a disappointment, and we couldn't help but laugh, I was on the verge of buying with them... Their customer service feels like it's run by volunteers and doesn't provide the best support, try to question them on their products and operations and see how incoherent it is. There's no tracking information either. We'd recommend buying from Costco, your local garage, or elsewhere instead.
