Black Girl Vitamins has become highly visible through extensive social media advertising, and based on those advertisements, I decided to purchase the company’s PCOS vitamin product. However, when I received the product, I noticed what appeared to be misspelled words and/or errors on the product packaging. Because this is a product intended for human consumption, I found the labeling errors extremely concerning.
I do not feel comfortable ingesting a supplement when the packaging contains apparent spelling or labeling errors. Consumers rely on manufacturers to provide accurate, professional, and trustworthy information concerning products that they put into their bodies. Errors on a health-related product raise reasonable questions about the accuracy of the labeling, quality-control procedures, manufacturing standards, and information provided to consumers.
I attempted to obtain clarification from the company and/or its customer service department regarding these concerns. However, I have experienced difficulty obtaining a meaningful response. This is deeply concerning

I purchased the meno chill, d3&k2, hair skin and nails, collagen powder, and once a day. I have no problems majority of them. But the meno chill, I do. I should've read the reviews and ingredients before purchasing. Ever since I have taken the meno chill I have been itching uncontrollably.... It may be the ashwaganda or the black cohosh. Or maybe I should be taken the peri menopause because I dont have periods.

I haven't noticed anything about the collagen powder being 1/2 full, probably because I dont take it every day.

Just got my order, gummies taste good, hoping it works for me. No after taste. Immediate concern is the emptiness of the collagen powder. The container is half full.

I ordered a 3-month supply of Meno-Chill in July and placed a subscription. Payment method charged for the product and I have still not received my product as of today 09-06-2026. I have requested a refund via the email sent for order #2726479 x 2 without response. I am posting this public review in hopes of sparing someone else the same outcome. I did cancel the subscription without problems.

When I get a product and is half full there is a problem. Cancelled right away. We do have photos. Advertisement is misleading.

This company is the worst. I went with them because they were a black company. I was convinced they had my best interest at heart. I can't say anything about the product because I never received it. It's going on a month now and I've spent $114 and that's a lot for me. Thank God I didn't go with the subscription. I contacted the company through email and basically they were like you just got to wait. Where is it coming from Mars? It be your own people.

Placed my order on August 7,2026. It took a while to receive the package, only to find that the collagen container was half full, not even the amount advertised. They use deceptive advertising by saying their products are vegan. However, most of them contain Bovine (beef) and tilapia (fish) byproducts. When asked for a refund because of deceptive advertising, they offered a gift certificate to purchase another product from them. Buyers beware of deceptive advertising techniques used to draw a particular market(black women).
They have ghosted me as I'm trying to get a refund.

I wish I fully checked out this company before becoming a consumer. They rope you in with all the positive ratings and reviews. Their advertisement is great, I'll give them that. But the moment I experience issues with customer service about cancelling my subscription, is when I started really doing my homework. In looking them up, I noticed right away that it was not easy to search for details of the company; almost like they try to hide from getting the real reviews. They only want you to see the positive because they know they have a lot of issues they don't want people to see.

I didn't want to keep my subscription and definitely didn't want to keep a recurring payment so I tried to cancel -- multiple times. They have a link to manage your subscription but when I waited to verify my email by receiving a unique code, it never came through. I've contacted customer support several times and TOLD them that I've tried to contact them several times and all the steps I did to try to resolve, what seemed to be like, a technical issue. Each inquiry prompts an automated response stating that it will take 24-48 hours for someone to get back to you.

When I finally got a response, the lady ignored everything I told her in my inquiry and told me to try basic steps to troubleshoot the issue. I followed all the steps again anyway but still nothing. So I responded back to HER email, asking them to just cancel my subscription since that's all I was trying to do and I received another automated response stating that it will take 24-48 hours for someone to respond to me!

The next day or so, my account was charged because I was never able to cancel my subscription. And that's when I started looking them up to see how many others were having similar issues -- because like I said, I'm now starting to think they are hiding on purpose and reviews like this and the others I've had to scavenge to find are the ones they don't want you to see and they work harder on pushing the positive to cover up the negative. A company with poor customer service like this is definitely sketchy. And that "Manage My Subscription" link is misleading to make you feel like you have any power over your account but you really don't.

The BGV PCOS gummies are tasty and they did start to regulate me, and that's the reason I gave an extra star. Aside from that, the overall company is poor and it's a shame. I wanted to like them but they let me down. And since I've read so many reviews about people not getting a refund, in addition to my own personal experience with customer service, I'm not even gonna bother trying to contact them again when it was hard just to cancel my subscription. So now I will just have to take the issue to my bank.

I’ve been taking Black Girls Vitamins for 3 months. I was skeptical at first. I said what can I loose. So, I decided to try it. I been walking with a cane for a year, because my knee. Back, and shoulders was aching. I figure it was from all the different types of dances i used to to do. Well, I must say. I haven’t used the cane since. Unless my great grands is around. I’ll trip over them. I didn’t mention I’ll be eighty next month. I feel great. Going to another party this weekend. Hallelujah!!!!

Peri Meno-Chill had the opposite effect on me and made my symptoms worse. Black Girl Vitamins refused my refund because I opened the bottle, and my negative reviews keep being removed from their website. Very disappointing.

Excellent product!! Suffering with chronic inflammation and joint pain Is no fun but I love the difference I feel after using the collagen peptides for the past couple of months.

My experience with the Black Girl Vitamins affiliate program has been very disappointing.

I was an approved affiliate partner and actively promoted the brand. Later, my partnership was closed, and since then I have been trying to contact the affiliate team regarding my account and pending affiliate matters.

Unfortunately, despite sending multiple emails, I have received little to no meaningful response. It is frustrating when affiliates invest time and effort promoting a brand but cannot get clear communication once issues arise.

I simply want my account to be properly reviewed, any outstanding affiliate matters to be addressed, and clear communication from the affiliate team.

I hope Black Girl Vitamins improves its affiliate support, communication, and transparency so that other affiliates do not have the same experience.

The powder jar was half full. There's no difference in the ways I feel or my body. I wanted to support business, however I will not order from them anymore. I don't want anymore emails or text from them.

I made an order and never received confirmation number or information and then when I did, it was for one item and I ordered four. Can’t reach anyone or get a response. Never had an issue before.

While I did experience a major shipping delay, I have to say I love the products!
