I purchased the anytime locker for my Np300, arrived super quick, but unfortunately wasn't working when installed, contacted them near on close of business, they apologised for the faulty unit had a new unit shipped the very next morning! Had it in 3 days and works a treat now. Highly recommend black ops!!! The customer service is the best I've ever had delt with. Thanks to the team at black ops, you have made this man super happy. Bought the throttle grenade for my Ram, was sent and arrived within a few days🤙 it works well !!!!
After a couple of weeks there was a technical failure and I contacted Joel out of business hours and he said he would send a new one out, within 3 days it has arrived👏👏

I accidentally ordered an extra item - rang through and it was no trouble to fix, guy was very helpful and refunded my money straight away - my order arrived very quickly and it works a treat.

Fast posting product worked as intended.
However switch does not match the rest of factory switches which I didn't realize. Doesn't light up with factory headlights only when turned on. Then it's yellow.
Missed the mark for 5 stars.

For me the throttle grenade is a game changer I love taking my 76series cruiser on tuff tracks and the throttle grenade in crawl modes gives me the control I need Very impressed and highly recommend
