I have used this company many times now. Tim is my go to for any laptop issues. I know very little about technology but he is always able to interpret my vague descriptions, figure out what I need and sort something that is spot on despite me not having any idea what type of machine or specifications would be suitable. He goes above and beyond to contact suppliers/repairers on my behalf and makes sure everything is sorted. There is never any pressure to buy. Tim just gives me the options and leaves it to me to get in touch when I decide. Black Owl are also cheaper than other suppliers that have been suggested to me which is always a bonus. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Tim was professional and very helpful, diagnosing and explaining issue with laptop swiftly and offering potential solutions simply to me, would definitely use Black Owl again.

I contacted Black Owl in order to create a website for my media and photography business (banson.media). Tim, who worked on the project, was extremely professional and personable. His efforts and efficiency were superb and also extremely patient when I was trying to work through what I wanted. Black Owl are also managing my website and I feel incredibly supported in areas I just don’t have much of a clue about. Fully recommend them to anyone wanting to create or even update their websites.

Great service. Although the job wasn't big or important, had been hanging around for some time while I was looking for a good company that I felt I could trust, and that's a big point in my book. They did just what I asked, no frills, no hard sell, just a very good honest service at a reasonable price. More than satisfied, and would certainly pass their name on.

Just what a couple of older users needed! We had a desktop computer from a few years back and were running into problems with lack of computing space despite shifting everything we could into the D drive.
Tim Neville came and cleaned up the disk space but said it was just a matter of time before it happened again. As we had already been thinking of getting a new computer, it was lovely to be able to ask Tim to select one for our needs and then come and set it up for us, transferring all our stuff over. The new set up is perfect for our needs and now futureproofed.
