I’ve ordered from this company twice now. And each experience has been great, it’s a challenge to ship internationally and a company still in its early stages does a great job. My product looked even better in person (Long Sleeve Waffle T - Blue). Looking forward to wearing it!

I placed an order from Blancs a couple weeks ago and had not received it but after getting into contact with Rodney from Blancs he explained that there was an issue with stock of said order and after this he was able to sort me a replacement for a product with a higher price tag as a result of the issue and he done so with quality communication and customer service by informing me of what products I could swap with while also understanding my frustration with shipping not being fulfilled with great manner which has led to me giving Blancs 5 stars.

The company’s staff are excellent at communication if there’s a problem/ updates. I couldn’t praise that high enough. The site it self is clear and well maintained. Quality of clothes top tier. Favourite brand I own. (Need one of those tracksuits - too clean) Keep up the amazing work guys !

Can’t fault it overall unbelievable experience

Placed quite a few orders and the quality is top. Highly recommend the waffle shirts and shoutout to Rodney for helping with my order. Will definitely be purchasing more and look forward to future drops.

My experience was previously very poor, however this has soon changed, my previous parcel was incorrect and took a while to come, however Rodney at Blancs quickly fixed this and was great us a replacement getting sent out.

Have ordered from Blancs previously and can say this company is going to the top. First time I ordered 3 products and they came within a week and I ordered something on Sunday 2nd from their End Of Season sale which came today Wednesday 5th so 3 days for delivery. I ordered a medium and a large in the same joggers to ensure I knew what fitted me best and their customer service was very helpful with assuring me I can return the pair that doesn’t fit so I had no worries buying two pairs. I have sent a return request so am currently waiting for it to be accepted but the transition has been so smooth for myself and am going to order much more in the future. Quality clothing, quality service. Would recommend Blancs to all.
