Absolutely pathetic service.
I ordered a saree for my wife based on a new design featured on your website. It looked promising, so I placed the order with the expectation that it would arrive in time for a family function. Well, it's been 20 days, and the order status hasn't moved an inch. No updates, no progress — just stuck.
Now I’m being told it’ll take another 4 weeks to deliver? Seriously? What kind of joke is this?
If there were an option to give zero stars, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second. This experience has been nothing short of disappointing. You’ve ruined a special occasion for my wife, and I regret trusting your platform.

Order not delivered, says delivered but received nothing they said it in transit so they lieing or traking wrong,emailed them and now they ignore me avid this company. Scammers

Published item was out of stock after order placed. However a replacement for other options was offered.

Shipping was about 8 days to arrive.

Not all the shipment in the same bag so you need to pay customs at least 2 times

Product arrived and is fine but they have charged us twice and are failing to issue a refund.
