Great service advised me on what items i needed and sent them straight to me, enabled me to re-fit a blind that i couldn't get the parts from anywhere else.

Blinds Parts Direct were the only company to supply the clips to go on the bottom of a 5mm slatted blind. The clips were very good quality (I can’t see them breaking like the old ones did), and they have really tidied up the blind, it looks like new! The customer service response is also very good. Really amazing range of goods. Thank you guys, highly recommended.

I'd love to like the product I've ordered as it's exactly what I need. But despite having ordered it a fortnight ago it's still not arrived. So much for the promised "Royal Mail 48 tracked". No tracking number. Nothing. Futhermore, emails to the company go unanswered.

Update 14/10 the company has got back to me and sent out a new order. According to RM it was delivered. I'll continue to update this and maybe it'll end up as an excellent review. I'd like it to be.

I ordered a roman blind fitting put it up around 6 weeks after delivery, it was difficult to either pull the blind up or down. This is not my first roman blind, I have 6 others around the house and make my own blinds so very familiar with them and never had a problem before this one.
Contacted the company via email twice, and telephone countless times. Call was cut just after being picked up every time.

Result nil response, was unable to leave a message and no reply to both my emails. I would not touch this company ever again with a barge pole. Customer service Nil................. Customer communication Nil and product quality .. Poor

The website announces same day dispatch, 2 weeks after ordering i still do not have anything from this company, no product, no response to my emails even the phone does not ring! 😡

Haven’t received the part I ordered 2 weeks ago despite saying 3-5 working days for delivery. Tracking number they gave me doesn’t work. No responses to emails.

Ok, well, first of all my roller blind parts were delivered in a ‘strong’ cardboard tube which is just as well as that was very badly damaged in the delivery as if it had been thrown about. Secondly there were no fixings ( screws) in the container and lastly there were no instructions either. Not very happy but hoping my husband can figure it out. Website not very helpful either as no info/video of assembly instructions either.
