My experience at Blinds To Go was excellent. The location has very friendly helpful staff so ordering & pickup was quick & easy. Blind installation was a breeze. The blind quality is excellent too.

We are very disappointed with the quality of the drapes that we purchased. The interior consultant that came to help me decide what to get and what kind of top would look good was very kind and professional. However, she recommended the back tab for our sheers and side bar panels. The pictures she showed my husband and I were very nice and looked classy. What we got looks nothing like the pictures. They tops are so flimsy, they don’t hold their shape, and looks messy. I also read that the installer steams drapery when hung. Not this time. The side panels are full of creases and folds. Again, what a mess. They do not hang properly. So disappointing. I don’t think I would recommend Blinds to Go. It’s too bad. I had high hopes and couldn’t wait to get my order in and installed. I really do not know what to do because they don’t install until the order is paid in full. I don’t know if they’ll do anything to fix it.

Everything was great. Fast, informative, and pleasant

I had a simple door blind to purchase, but it had complications. Sarah helped me, got the measurements, wrote up the order, and in less than 2 weeks I had them and they fit perfectly!!! I was able to install them myself without any difficulties. Thanks for all your help!!!

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Their product line was extensive. The product was completed sooner than expected and the delivery and install was quick and efficient. We were pleased and definitely recommend blinds to go.

Staff at store and installer were very pleasant,helpful and I enjoyed dealing with them. My complaint is that the recharging cord is way to short, does not reach my outlets. Also the 2 blinds for my patio door when they are fully up what hangs down looks lopsided yet the header is straight. The hanging piece when in the up position doesn’t look right. Otherwise, I love the blinds

I just wrote a review for this purchase. Not impressed with the quality of the slats, flimsy compared to the ones I replaced. I ordered 2 blinds, one has a frayed cord (took pic). The slat where its frayed does not lie properly, the gap between it and the slat above is larger. Every time the blinds ard lowered I have to fiddle with the slats to level them. Not impressed. Do not recommend.

Right from the moment I called the store, I had the pleasure to speak with Ashley. She immediately made me feel appreciated and comfortable as a customer and went over and beyond to answer any and all my questions (what a sweetheart). My home evaluation with Sergiy was brilliant. He involved and interacted with my daughters aged 19 and 21 who were extremely skeptical about change but he encouraged them at how wonderful they were going to look. That was huge for me!!!! Chris, the gentleman who did the measurements and installation was also professional and kind. What else can I say other than a BIG Thank You to Blinds to Go because our window coverings look amazing!!!!

The only thing negative is, I wish there was touch up paint for the blinds when they get a scratch on them.

Quick and easy sales, as I knew what I required. Items I required were made quickly and installed well before my deadline. Commercail appilcation was installed on our off hours not to disuprt my business.

Absolutely thrilled with our new drapery! The quality of the fabric and craftsmanship is outstanding — you can tell a lot of care went into every detail. The colors are vibrant and exactly as pictured, and the drapes hang beautifully and smoothly. They’ve completely transformed the room, adding both style and function. Excellent value and top-notch service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
