Very disappointed after sales service. I received tata tea damaged packet i complaint immediately they ask for photo or video i sent video of damaged packet and they replied you can receive your refund in 4-5 working days. Till today after 15 days gone i not received my refund even i reposted my complaint 6-7 times there are no voice call number. I was regular customer after this incident i stopped. Never use blinkit very bad service

Worst delivery experience. Took money and said can't deliver to location. When they already knew the location. Agent said delivery agent called multiple times where I did not receive a single call in a location were jio mar and Bigbasket delivers. Every month

I had been a regular Blinkit customer, but this experience has completely shattered my trust.

I reported a missing item from my order. Instead of informing me upfront that my complaint would not be considered because of the 72-hour policy, the support team asked me for my order number, invoice, and other details. After multiple email exchanges and follow-ups, I was finally told that the complaint could not be investigated because the 72-hour reporting window had expired.

The most frustrating part is that this was communicated only after wasting my time. If the policy alone was going to be the basis for rejection, why wasn't I informed at the beginning?

Every email I received was nothing more than a copy-paste of the same "72-hour policy." There was no genuine investigation, no ownership, no attempt to understand the issue, and no effort to resolve the complaint. Eventually, the case was simply closed without any meaningful resolution.

To me, this reflects a company culture where rigid policies seem to matter more than customer satisfaction. It leaves the impression that retaining customers and resolving genuine concerns are not priorities.

I've decided to stop using Blinkit, and so has my family. I will also be sharing this experience publicly so that other customers know what to expect if they ever face a similar issue.

Always damaged products and worse are the customer care people who call you to further harass . Blinkit needs a serious look into their quality teams and customer care people . You are earning a lot of bad name

Very disappointing experience with Blinkit, Porwal Road. This is not the first time I have received spoiled milk on the same day as its expiry date. Today, I received milk with a use-by date of 16 July, and when I opened it, it was already curdled and unfit for consumption. Dairy products should never be delivered in this condition. A refund alone is not enough—this is a serious food safety issue that puts customers' health at risk. Blinkit must immediately improve its quality checks and stop delivering near-expiry or spoiled milk.

I purchased an Omron HEM-7090-L blood pressure monitor from Blinkit. Unfortunately, I found the cuff design to be uncomfortable and difficult to use correctly which gave me incorrect readings. In my experience, it did not fit well enough for me to feel confident while taking blood pressure measurements.

I contacted Blinkit within 72 hours of receiving the product and explained that the monitor was not suitable for me because of the cuff design. However, I was informed that the item was replacement-only and my request for a return was declined. I also requested a one-time exception, but this was not considered.

I understand that policies exist, but I was disappointed that there was no flexibility for a medical device that I genuinely could not use comfortably. I hope Blinkit considers handling such situations with greater customer empathy in the future, especially when the request is made promptly after delivery.

I just received a completely fraudulent item in my last order. It is an absolute joke. Worse, their customer support behaves like a criminal syndicate—they flat out refused my refund despite clear proof. They stole my hard-earned money and went completely silent. Their customer service is nothing but a wall of useless bots designed to rob you.
A HUMBLE AND URGENT REQUEST TO EVERYONE: Uninstall Blinkit right now. Do not trust them with your health, time, or money. You will 100% regret ordering from them.
There are plenty of honest, reliable alternatives out there that do not cheat their users. Be extremely careful and stay far away from these thieves!

Swiggy is leagues ahead of these guys. Tried them today for a change for veggies. Apples were rotten from inside, cauliflower was brown n stems broken, peeled small onions were the size of regular medium sized onions. When I wrote e to them with photos they just day we can do anything about it as they cannot see the issues on the photos.
More important, we cannot do this over the chat, have to go n email. Swiggy does all this over the chat inside the app and mostly gives refunds, as they trust their customers.

I ordered 26kgs Royal bullet sonamasuri rice bag it's not good,filled with stones rice insects they are not even returning very disappointed.

I alwys find blinkit supply food article like panner expired date and argue aftr reaching out premises.
Should we call police and directly handover the supply incharge person. As if talk on customer care they least bother about expire food. I had made complaint at food quality inspector via mail about action need to be taken and raid at blinkit godown. I have video record also as proof.

Mistaken order delivered. Felt packet empty so partially opened it but never touched the product. Executive flatly refused to exchange product with what I wanted. Rude and callous action for a rs.99/- product and they call themselves customer friendly. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had the worst experience with Blinkit. They are looting customers by showing fresh products on the app but delivering garbage. I faced two major issues back-to-back:
​Electronics Fraud: Ordered boAt Airdopes (Order ID: 2069473726) which were defective. Blinkit refused replacement despite their 7-day policy.
​Rotten Food: Today I received rotten flat beans (Order ID: 14344384465) that were completely decayed and unhygienic.
​Their customer support is useless and only gives automated replies. I have already filed a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No: 9294204). Please do not waste your money on Blinkit. Switch to Zepto or Instamart for better quality and service. Beware of this scam!"

got tampered product and blinkit refused to help me. i would recommend please purchase from other platforms that would give you more discount and genuine customer support. I have wasted my money please don't waste yours.

i bought an e-gift card, at least I thought. I went to the process of downloading the app, registering and then paying for the app, only for their app to tell me the moment the payment was done that they don't have the gift card and I should get a refund in a week. What the hell is this. Then don't put it on your website.

What kind of chat support is this?
I am not being given any option to write my issue, it is stuck on 19 minutes from past 30min and no delivery partner is assigned yet and chat doesn’t give me an option to write my issue?

I had one of the worst experiences with Blinkit. I placed a prepaid order for two items and waited for almost an hour, expecting timely delivery as promised. However, instead of any proper update or resolution, the order was suddenly cancelled from their side.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that the app incorrectly showed that *I* had cancelled the order, which is completely false. There was no communication, no prior notice, and no accountability from their end. As a customer, this feels highly unprofessional and misleading.

To make matters worse, the refund issued was also *less than the actual amount paid*, which is completely unacceptable. When the cancellation was not even initiated by me, there is no justification for any deduction. This raises serious concerns about their billing and refund practices.

Overall, the entire experience was inconvenient, disappointing, and unfair. Waiting for such a long time only to have the order cancelled without explanation—and then receiving an incomplete refund—is something no customer should have to go through.

Based on this experience, I have completely lost trust in their service. I would strongly recommend others to consider more reliable alternatives like Zepto or BigBasket.

I will not be using Blinkit again.
