Stupidly bought a garment through this site. 4 emails (re the delivery date) never answered. No DOD offered on purchase. Cancelled the order after 2 weeks of total silence. DO NOT BUY!

Appalling. Don’t buy from them. Long wait delivery. Very small sizing. Shocking quality. Nothing like photos on website. Waste of money. Feel angry that I’ve “ been had” .

Been a month since I orders my item and still haven’t received it. Awful customer service.

My order arrived so late I forgot I had ordered something when the package arrived, weeks later. Items were incorrect size and no response from emails when asking for "30 day free return" as stated on website. avoid this site

DO NOT BUY - Poor Quality, badly sized, poor fit, items that look nothing like pictures.
Return is to CHINA at own cost

Bought a top that was advertised on Facebook - checked sizing as per site and erred on side of caution but still too small on arrival. Certainly not designed for anyone with a bust. I emailed to return and was offered partial refund or return to China. Can’t see why a % refund is offered as that’s not going to make it fit. For tracked shipping it is around £10 and I know through experience of returning things to China - they either are returned 6 months later as the address does not exist or they disappear of the face of the earth. The website does infer that it’s a European company and the shipping was fairly quick so no indication of Chinese origins until a return is suggested.

Terrible experience! This is a company based in China, not the UK or Europe as inferred by their website. Expensive, long delivery. Prices are commensurate with British high street prices (for which you'd expect markedly better quality). Item arrived not as described - some sort of cheap, nylon/ polyester mix fabric (certainly not cotton mix as advertised), print was downright garish rather than a subtle stripe shown in pics. No garment care label hence unable to identify what it was made of. Customer care was poor - offered 10% refund and 15% off my 'next purchase' - as if I'd spend MORE money shopping from this site given the substandard quality of their products! Eventually they offered a 30% refund or a full refund if I returned the item back to China (an additional postal cost of £10). JUST AVOID!

Do not BUY!! Cheap quality items. Postage extortionate and won't accept a return despite their website stating they will. I ordered a top from them and when it arrived it was not worth the price tag and the sizing was way out! Emailed them to request a return, three times and got no response. Managed a response via their Facebook page only for them to tell me twice they didn't "understand my words": which were - "it's too big - please can I return for a refund?". Another questionable Instagram company from China.

As soon as I realised which country my £28 blouse was being sent from, I was alarmed as I realised based on previous experience, how dodgy, shoddy items can be made there. Plus as I have found out, returns are not “ encouraged “ instead I was offered a discount 15% on next purchase & 10% refund!
Customer has to pay international shipping fees, They actually wrote as they are so expensive, consider using discount instead.
Learn from my mistake, this company was advertised on Instagram. Instagram couldn’t care less who advertises on them either.
