Customer service is non existent, basically stole from me as when requesting a refund and getting no response for a returns code they supposedly were going to organise a refund without a return required out of goodwill, but then never did the refund. This meant the 30 days return window passed and still no sight of my money back.
In terms of the products as well, the sizing is awful which is the reason why i needed a return. Yet this never came.
It’s been about 2 months since ordering 2 tops on a supposed deal for £50, and yet not received any money back with countless emails ignored. Do not order from this company.
