I bought a blondie mania bag recently
The colour was not suitable and we tried to return it
The customer service was a nightmare!!! Even though it was packaged carefully they made excuses that there was some black spots which were actually from the fabric of the bag itself. The email chain was disrespectful and aggressive
Now we have been told that we have to pay for the return and they do not want to take responsibility of the courier service!!!

Initially wrong banner was sent. Once corrected, second banner was sent, however the size of the lettering did not match each other. Banner looks amateurish. Will never use the company again.

Ordered a pair of Prada slides and paid through PayPal. They took 6 days to ship through UPS only for the package to end up in some warehouse in Milan for 3 days. After 10 emails to which they did not respond, I called UPS. They told me that the shipper (Blondie) did not include the proper customs documents. A day later the package started moving back to the shipper. No answer from them. I will be starting a case with PayPal because this store does not seem intent to either send me my order or refund. Avoid at all cost!

Placed the order, after two weeks a excuus email stating my order was lost and a new order would be sent to me within 2 weeks, that's almost 3 weeks ago and tried contacting them several times without success.
Guess my order and my money will be gone....

They are decent. Good sale. Shipping was slow. Took like 3 days to ship out after I emailed them asking when the order will ship. They also use UPS which always is a struggle. Per usual I did not get a delivery but had to go to the UPS office.

I’ve spent so much money with this company throughout the years and let me tell you something save your money. They will give you a discount and turn around and charge you more nine times. The item is not available or won’t even ship it and act like it’s not available Last week. I purchased a jacket which was on a discount of extra 20% off one of them sends me an email telling me I have to pay extra 5% because I used the wrong code me as a customer use the wrong code and did not properly read a long email they sent for discounts so I’m the one who’s being made responsible to figure out which discount works for what I use a discount discount they refuse to ship the jacket. I said fine. Let me pay you to 5% difference then she changed her mind and charge me the full amount for both items that I purchased. She wants to charge me €400 instead of the smaller amount 5%, which would’ve been like 150 back with her trying to understand the amount difference she wants me to pay she completely refused to answer this question I eventually asked for a refund to cancel the orders and then today she sent me an email asking me to stop wasting their time. A customer who’ve been spending thousands of dollars in this company. She’s telling me why the customer service I don’t think I can mention her name on here but I do have the email. If you’re the owner feel free to email me. She asked me to stop wasting their time a customer who spends thousands of dollars with you wasting your time? I’m wasting your time or the person handling the discount is wasting your time and the customers time so unprofessional so rude matter fact you can send 1000 emails they won’t even answer you. I had to go to social media for them to respond to me then the same lady told me to not go to social media Because she didn’t want me to put her on blast for not answering her emails. 😂 this place is a joke
