Don’t ever use this business if you can call it that . I made a mistake with date delivery and have sent messages and e mails to no avail . They are disgusting . How they can run a business is beyond me so think twice Liz Caplan

Second order from Blondies. Just as yummy as before and always packaged well.

the make your own cookie dough pot becomes overwhelmingly sweet and tastes almost entirely of sugar after a couple of bites and every bite is just crunching like sugar in my mouth.

It’s also advertised as starting from £4.75, but with a few toppings (which are about £1 each), the price can easily end up around £9 once you have got all the toppings you want.

Really disappointed with the cookie dough. It was extremely sugary and honestly felt very overpriced for what you get. Me and my cousin both had some and it ended up making us feel really sick afterwards. It was just far too sweet and heavy, and unfortunately neither of us enjoyed it. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again. if i was to get it again i’d share one with someone else

I was very disappointed with the service and how my complaint was handled.

I ordered six personalised brownies three weeks in advance for a friend’s birthday, but despite a DPD dispatch notification, they never arrived, missing the occasion entirely.

After several emails, Isabella first offered a goodwill cookie, then changed to only refunding delivery of £4.50. Given I spent £32.99, this felt inadequate, so I requested a full refund and bought a gift from The White Company instead.

Very disappointing customer service and not how I would expect a business to operate.

Easy to order. Delivered on time. A bit pricey, but absolutely delicious bake at home cookies. Worthy for a treat! Looking forward to visiting the store in the summer.

Unfortunately the cookie dough filled
Medjool dates didn’t have any cookie dough and I purchased six of them. This has never been the case before however when I contacted the company directly I got a response from Isabella just saying that they will let the kitchen know and they are not making it anymore due to the hot weather…not very helpful! So what about the money I sent on them and didn’t get what I paid for…

Disappointing service after buying their products for years now!

Ordering a cookie to be delivered in a heatwave isn’t great but the Blondies Team contacted me to get if I could delay my order to coincide with slightly cooler temperatures. I agreed, and it was completely worth the wait! The birthday cookie was huge, looked great and tasted insanely good! Our whole family have sworn off birthday cakes, it’s giant cookies from now on!

I took part in a cake and sip event in April in total their was 9 of us booked in I went on my own and was warmly welcomed the whole experience was amazing couldn’t ask for a better night out and on the plus you got to take the cake home that you decorated, which went down a treat with my mom and her neighbour. 100% will be booking again.

These vegan cookies are divine! I must give a warning: they are highly addictive! Once you start eating it’s difficult to stop.

I received their valentines day cookie which looked really nice but I was very disappointed in the quality as the cookie didn’t taste fresh and wasn’t enjoyable.

Very expensive for a pretty average cookie, disappointed they don’t live up to the hype.

I bought the 50+ Chocolate Cookies which was a Valentines surprise for my 81yr old Mum. They arrived in the morning and my Mum took a bite and immediately the biggest smile emerged she said they taste like they have been made with Love ❤️ Thank you Chelsie and Kristelle for making Valentines Day so special for my Mum. Mind you I may need to reorder some more...There's no way my Mum is sharing her box..
