The order took ages to arrive and the size sent its small despite I order a 40 European size . The quality it’s poor.
The customer service it’s the worst.
The should shut down as you just throw your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are complete scam artists. I ordered size 43 but received size 40. Emailed photos over to prove but they still won’t refund me, as against their policy.

Poor customer service. Shoes are too small despite ordering my usual size and I cannot get them to let me return them. I struggled to get any response initially and now they have said that they do not accept returns.
Trainers are plastic and cheap but I was prepared to keep them if they fitted as I’m so desperate for comfortable trainers!
These will not fit and are a waste of money. AVOID THE COMPANY

Unfortunately saw the recent reviews after I ordered trainers.
The ordering system was dodgy & I wasn’t asked for confirmation of my order before payment - ended up being duped to order 2 pairs.
I waited over 4 weeks for my order to arrive.
The fit is small and they did not fit, despite my ordering a size larger than my normal size.
They smell of an unpleasant, plastic odour.
I would not recommend this site or the products they sell.

Same as other recent reviews - waited long past delivery date and when they arrived the size is not only incorrect but not even close to what is printed on shoe. No response to 2 emails but continue to send useless marketing emails even though unsubscribed

The size are not correct, I've received a size 6 as requested and they don't fit at all. They do not refund or exchange, be careful!

Took ages to arrive, then wrong size recieved and no response to emails to return. I've been scammed!!

Ordered an Orthopedic shoes which is not an ortho shoes even as a normal walking shoes its badly made.This is after chasing them for over a month. I cannot recommend this company.

No reply to an order paid for 3 weeks ago, and not received. This company seems bogus. I will have to claim back from my bank. AVOID.

I ordered size 7.5 UK which is 41 EU. They sent size 40 EU which were tge wrong size. I contacted them and they asked for photographic evidence which I provided showing clearly the size received. They responded saying that they would not refund as they had sent the correct size. Quoted their policy where they do not refund on sale goods albeit that they sent the wrong size!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TAKING MONEY UNDRR FALSE PRETENCES

I placed a order over 3weeks ago and still waiting for my item, I have sent numerous emails and no one is replying to them, they were quick to debit my account, very frustrated and disappointed with them. Do not buy from them, the website should be shut down.

The only advice I can give is DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered a pair of trainers on the 22/08/2023 and on the same day I sent an email to Bloom to advise that I wanted to cancel my order. I received no response, sent another email and again no response. I then saw that they had a different email address and went to check their website and again another email address. I sent them a message via their contact page on the website and decided ti also send them an email. I copied the email address from the website and pasted it into an email and he email address I had copied changed to the email address I had found from information on the shop app. I have not received a response to the 3 emails or 1 message I have sent. I received the trainers today and they are poor quality and I’m thankful that I only paid a reduced price and not the full price. Their returns policy says you can only get a refund if you let them know before the order is ent out. How can you get a refund when they don’t respond to any emails you send. The email on the website doesn’t have the full address and you have to scroll down to see what it is. I’m really surprised that it shows more 5* comment percentages at the top of trust advisor as the first few comments I have seen are all 1* and I would’ve given no stars if that was an option
