I've tried bluelots as a buyer and then as a seller. Due to my satisfaction with the process and the products I've bought, I decided to list my overstock here. It's been great working with them.

I bought a large box for $120
I bought a large box for $120. And received a very small package with a hat, charging cable and a face shield. Certainly not worth what they advertised. I emailed them and complained. They sent me a copy and paste response that they sent to someone else. They didn’t even change the name on the email. Plus it looked like it was written by a 5 year old. Very unprofessional. Basically told me too bad! This place is a scam!! Do not use them.

Over charged me on the 3 orders i ever…
Over charged me on the 3 orders i ever placed with them on the shipping by 40% more!!!! I check the prices myself on UPS with the weights and dimensions. And on top of that they shipped these products which were only located 20 miles from me. I could of picked them up instead of paying more than $150 in shipping overcharged costs. The boxes were small with the largest being 15"x15"x12" at 8lbs. There were smaller boxes as well. Very upset i wasn't charged the standard UPS rate (the rate you get when you do not have a business account). I am assuming that BlueLots has a UPS account and gets their discounted rates on top of the rate I was given. Point is, I could of picked them up or arranged my own driver to pick up boxes that can fit in the trunk of my car (thats how small they were). Rip off!!! And what i was sold was not accurate to the photos and cannot be sold and is of horrible condition.

Exceptional Company
I’ve been selling via BlueLots for over a year now. It’s been a great pleasure workIng with them. They are unlike the other similar companies (I worked with few others, but didn’t turn out very well). They have v reasonable fee, good buyers, exceptional support services etc. Everything is top notch with BlueLots. I would highly recommend anyone that wants to buy or sell on BlueLots.

Very bad customer service they act nice but they’re not willing to help you I buy customer return and it was all scratch and rest I paid $380 for nothing

I ordered $300 worth of hand sanitizer and they told me I had to send in a photo of my credit card and drivers license after they already took the money , claiming that my payment was fraudulent. If it’s fraudulent than why did you take the money from my account, i don’t know this site seemed fishy from the start, at this point I just want my money back.

Hi Mia, I'm so sorry for your experience with us. Unfortunately, we've dealt with a number of instances of fraud recently and so do a verification process on some orders from new buyers. We absolutely are not suggesting your purchase was fraudulent, but our support team was simply following our fraud prevention process in requesting identity verification. We have received feedback that customers don't feel comfortable sending that information via email, though, and so are working on an integrated process where identity can be verified directly through our website.
I do see that your order was cancelled and you were issued a full refund, but please reach out again if you have any further concerns. Again, I'm very sorry this gave you a bad impression of us, but please remember we are just trying to fight an onslaught of fraudulent purchases. These fraudsters are often very sophisticated and so it can be very hard to tell which orders are legitimate or not, which is the reason for the ID verification process.
I hope you'll consider giving us another chance. Someone from our support team will be reaching out shortly to offer you a promo code in case you are interested. We appreciate your honest feedback and hope you much success in your business!

With regards to the exaggerated MSRP -- if you feel that there was any intentional misrepresentation by the seller, please contact our support staff and let us know. We'd be more than happy to assist.
Often times, the original MSRP will be significantly higher than the actual resale value of any item, especially one being sold within a secondary/liquidation marketplace. The MSRP is just that -- An originally suggested retail price from the manufacturer. So these values are typically not absolute, and more so used as a reference. Hopefully that info will help with future purchases on Source!

The service I got from source was very good however the merchandise in both cases was not what I would consider good by any means. In both cases it appears that they just gathered up all their junk and put it into a bulk sale. I will not buy smaller items the next time but will try for bigger items with hope of getting much better items. If I break even this time on these two I will be AMAZED!
